Armanext becomes the first Spanish listing sponsor to be authorised by Euronext

The new Listing Sponsor will be able to counsel, supervise and coordinate the incorporation of SMEs onto the Euronext Access and Euronext Growth compartments of the Paris and Lisbon exchanges.

Armanext is specialized in two fields: advising REITs on their fulfilment of their obligation to be listed, and the delivery of services directed at SMEs from all sectors (technology, real estate, health and transport etc), that wish to prepare themselves for new stages of growth.

Armanext is led by Antonio Fernández, president of Armabex, a leading Nominated Advisor in the incorporation of REITs into capital markets. He is joined on the founding team by Ana Hernández and Rafael Núñez. Hernández brings notable experience in stock markets and REITs, while Núñez boasts a long history in the fiscal and restructuring sectors.
