How to list Bonds on Euronext regulated market

Learn all about the required documentation to be submitted to Euronext for admission to trading of Debt Securities on Euronext Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon and Paris markets.

Please keep in mind that the process is subject to change, as it is often revised and improved.

Step 1: Submit your admission request to Euronext

Documentation to be submitted to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below) for a first admission on any relevant Euronext market are detailed in the “Notice Documentation - Documentation to be provided in view of an admission of debt securities on a Euronext market”.

Listing of standalone bonds

Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Application Form (signed PDF format)
  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Prospectus, approved by the relevant competent authority or equivalent disclosure document (and passporting evidence, if applicable) (PDF format)
  • Minutes of the competent body containing resolutions approving or authorising the issuance (signed PDF format)

Listing of bonds under a new programme

Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Application Form (signed PDF format)
  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Base Prospectus, approved by the relevant competent authority (and passporting evidence, if applicable) (PDF format)
  • Final Terms, if not included into the prospectus (PDF format)
  • Minutes of the competent body containing resolutions approving or authorising the issuance (signed PDF format)

Listing of bonds under an existing programme

Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Final Terms (PDF format)

Increase of the number of bonds (immediately assimilated to listed bonds)

Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Final Terms (PDF format)

Step 4: Keep in mind the cut-off time & date

Submission of your admission request

 Cut-off time and date

First-time issuer on a Euronext market

At least 7 (seven) business days before the target listing date

Previously admitted issuer on a Euronext market

By at least 11:00 CET on the business day prior to target listing date

Do we need to appoint a listing agent?

No, you do not have to appoint a listing agent when listing your bonds on Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Brussels, Euronext Paris and Euronext Lisbon.
