Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Risk Officer Trainee to join the Risk & Compliance team. The position will be based in Rome – Via Tomacelli 146, and start in September.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting the monitoring and analysis of the external ICT risk environment, including emerging cyber threats, AI-related risks and geopolitical developments.

  • Contributing to the identification of risk scenarios and potential impacts, drawing on inputs from the Cyber Threat Intelligence team and internal/external working groups.

  • Assisting in tracking evolving regulatory developments (such as DORA, NIS2 and ACN) and assessing their implications for ICT risk profiles.

The Executive Account Manager Intern is responsible for a range of activities designed to achieve a high service level and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

In particular the person in this role will be in charge to:

  • Support the main Executive Account Managers in acting as unique operational contact entry point for all their assigned clients (Tier 1 & 2 Custodian Banks);
  • Manage all clients queries related Settlement and Custody topics on an effective way and within the agreed deadlines defined in the SLA;
  • Address all queries related topics not covered by the team to the right internal departments making sure that a proper answer is provided to the clients within the agreed deadlines defined in the SLA;
  • Track all queries received from the clients and the answers provided to them through our ticketing tool;

You will be mainly responsible for supporting day-to-day data analysis and data management activities.
