Accor Acquisition Company is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company ("SPAC") sponsored by Accor and aiming to acquire one or more companies in sectors related to the heart of Accor's hotel business, in one of the sectors including catering (Food & Beverage), flex office, well-being, entertainment and events or hospitality-related technologies.
