40-year listing anniversary of Aegon

This year, Aegon is celebrating two anniversaries: In 1983, the company was founded through the merger of insurers Ago and Ennia. In the same year, Aegon listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
As an international financial services company, Aegon brings together a range of businesses that together help millions of people around the world with a wide range of investment, protection and retirement solutions.
To celebrate this 40th anniversary and listing, Aegon's CEO Lard Friese sounded the Gong. The Aegon team was welcomed by Simone Huis in 't Veld, CEO at Euronext Amsterdam, and René van Vlerken, Head of Listing at Euronext Amsterdam.
