Job Description

Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets and now part of Euronext Group, provides an internship opportunity within the Team Legal Italy.

Legal team in Italy provides legal support to all the Italian legal entities. This includes inter alia drafting and negotiation of contracts with clients and providers, particularly to support the information technology area, the market data area and corporate functions. Moreover, the team provides general legal advice across all business areas and institutional functions of the Borsa Italiana group.

Key responsibilities

The resource will support the team in activities like:

• Legal advice on review and negotiations of contracts with customers and suppliers
• Keeping regular update on legal framework evolution, particularly on information technology and data
• General legal advise, research and drafting legal opinions, with a focus on Information Technology Law

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has:

• Degree in Law
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of Civil Law, in particular IT Laws and Commercial Law.

Join the Client Services team as Client Services intern. The role is based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

The resource will support the team on the following activities:

• Act as first point contact, support clients with day-to-day trading activities, resolving issues and configurations by phone, email or on-site as required.
• Raise cases to second level support and maintain client records.
• Monitor market processes, transactions and all other services that are fundamental for the correct functioning of the market and clients dedicated services
• Support Sales with client onboarding and management by providing timely responses and collaborating for best practice solutions, demos of the GUI onsite or via Webex
• Actively collaborate with all MTS groups in order to address/solve correctly market issues or improvements
• Create, Manage and delete users for clients
• Send out messages to all market participants

Design and implement new functionalities and oversees production of associated documentation to support delivery of all core trading applications used to run Euronext markets, international markets and MTFs. Euronext Securities, he company responsible for the organization and management of Euronext’s pan-European financial markets, is offering a internship opportunity within the Software Factory pillar, as part of the Functional Analyst team.

The Data, Automation & Messaging Functional Analysis team is responsible for providing business and functional analysis for all enhancements and new implementations of Euronext Securities services related to data, RPA & messaging topics for the four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) within Euronext Securities, located in Milan, Copenhagen, Porto, and Oslo. The DAM - FA has a comprehensive view of the business processes and interacts with all relevant stakeholders, including developers, clients, end-users, and management. The Global Referential Team is responsible for the enrichment and management of referential into the trading platform for Cash Markets. Role Summary

Euronext Clearing is Euronext's multi-asset clearing house. It is the CCP of choice for Euronext’s cash, financial and commodity derivatives markets across Europe, offering a harmonised clearing framework across Euronext venues.

Euronext Clearing provides an internship opportunity within the Credit Risk Department.

Key Responsibilities

The Credit Risk Team, part of the Risk Management Department, is in charge of the credit-risk controls executed in the admission process to the Clearing and Guarantee System managed by Euronext Clearing, monitoring of Clearing Members’ creditworthiness after the admission and handling of Due Diligences conducted on Clearing Members

The Applicant will assist the Credit Risk Department with the following activities:

• Active participation to the admissions process of new Participants to the Clearing System and membership profiles’ changes, aimed at evaluating the fulfilment of the CCP Rulebook and Credit Risk standards;
• Monitoring the maintenance of membership requirements according to timelines established by Euronext Clearing’s Rules and Regulations;
• Data Analysis activities for the provision of figures and data regarding CCP membership structure;
• Review of Due Diligence questionnaires, in line with international best practices;
• Interaction in a multi-cultural fast-paced environment in line with European exposure of the Euronext Group that covers different European Markets (Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Paris, Oslo).
