Offriamo stage curriculari a studenti in procinto di concludere gli studi e stage extra-curricolare a neolaureati alla ricerca di una prima opportunità lavorativa provenienti da un percorso universitario di Laurea Magistrale e da Master di I e II livello.

I nostri tirocini sono full-time, hanno una durata minima di 6 mesi e prevedono un costante affiancamento da parte di un tutor aziendale e un team di professionisti. 

La modalità di svolgimento è mista (presenza e remote working) e la sede operativa può corrispondere ad una delle sedi legali dell’organizzazione: Milano, Roma o Isernia. 

Infine, tutte le nostre opportunità prevedono un rimborso spese mensile.

Finance and Market Strategy

Entrerai a far parte dei team di Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana o Élite) or Post Trade (Euronext Securities Milan) nella sorveglianza dei mercati finanziari e dei relativi strumenti al fine di soddisfare le richieste degli stakeholder interni ed esterni. Questo ruolo ti consentirà di essere più sicuro nella gestione del dinamismo del mercato, di abbracciarne l'evoluzione effettiva e di essere parte del cambiamento stesso.

Cerchiamo profili con un background tecnico in materia di Finanza, Economia dei Mercati e Intermediari Finanziari (Laurea Magistrale).

Finance and Market Law

​Entrerai a far parte dei team di Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana ) o Post Trade (MTS) nello studio della regolamentazione dei mercati finanziari al fine di aiutare il gruppo a conformarsi al diritto nazionale e internazionale. Inoltre, il ruolo ti permetterà di approfondire l'analisi delle aziende esterne che vorrebbero entrare nel mercato di Borsa, e di quelle interne che vogliono mantenere con forza la propria posizione.​

Cerchiamo profili con un background tecnico in materia di Giurisprudenza, con specializzazione in ambito Regulatory e Corporate Compliance (Laurea Magistrale).

Finance and Quantitative Methods

Entrerai a far parte dei team di Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana) o Post Trade (Euronext Securities Milan) nello studio dell'analisi quantitativa di strumenti finanziari al fine di disporre di dati e report utili per prendere decisioni strategiche e importanti per il business.​

Cerchiamo profili con un background tecnico in materia di Finanza, Matematica e Statistica (Laurea Magistrale).​

Marketing & Communication

Entrerai a far parte dei team di Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana) nell'organizzazione di conferenze finanziarie, eventi e corsi di formazione al fine di sponsorizzare prodotti, attività e risultati dell'azienda in tutto il mondo. Avrai, inoltre, la possibilità di scoprire il contesto finanziario e ampliare il proprio network professionale.​

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The resource will work with the HR Business Partner and the Talent Acquisition Manager on the following activities:

  • Working on different projects focusing on reporting for Talent Management and Acquisition, process improvement and candidate experience

  • Collaborate with Hiring managers during the recruiting process: screening CVs, conduct phone interviews, arrange interviews between hiring manager and candidates

  • Assist the candidates in the application process on our HR Management System (Workday)

  • Supporting key Group HR projects and process improvements to provide value to the business

  • Ensuring alignment of HR processes by partnership with colleagues of the other countries

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Data & Automation team. The position will be based in Milan. You will report to the Head of Data & Automation.

You will be mainly responsible for supporting day-to-day data analysis and data management activities. Utilising analytics and technical skills to assist in building and maintaining data solutions to address business problems. Helping ensure the quality of data communicated to clients and engage in initiatives to implement relevant analysis contents.

Key accountabilities

  • Assist in data engineering initiatives, including designing and deploying Big Data products.

  • Help design, build, and enhance data platforms and applications to support business needs.

  • Support the development and maintenance of real-time software and services for trading platforms.

  • Contribute ideas on tools and frameworks to help define target solutions.

  • Provide support in task estimation and tool development.

  • Assist in producing documentation and training teams to use delivered software.

  • Assist in building systems and processes to transform raw data into business insights.

  • Produce accurate reports for relevant business units.

  • Identify areas for automation in data mining processes.

  • Assist in regulatory reporting.


Your profile

  • Basic knowledge of database handling and implementation.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies.

  • Understanding of ETL tools.

  • Basic knowledge of AWS GLUE and other AWS-based ETL technologies.

  • Familiarity with AWS Lambdas, Java, and Python languages.

  • Ability to plan and execute basic data management and analytics tasks.

  • Ability to identify, collect, and analyze data for software development.

  • Understanding of data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
