Are you ready to launch your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join our Group HR Team as a Career Framework Analyst.

This role is part of our V.I.E Programme, an international graduate program that offers young professionals the opportunity to work abroad and gain valuable experience. The position will be based in Milan and start in January 2025 for a period of 12 months. You will report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager (C&B), in close collaboration with the Head of Talent.

You will be primarily responsible for:

Ensuring the integrity of our Career framework

  • Conduct regular data analysis to identify and resolve potential inconsistencies within the career framework
  • Lead the annual career framework review, in partnership with the C&B manager, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
  • Collaborate with the HR Information Systems team to optimize data management and streamline processes

Enhancing awareness on our Career framework & strengthening the model

  • Develop training materials and resources to increase HR Business Partners' (HRBPs) and managers’ understanding of the career framework and make it a powerful tool for growth, promotion and career development
  • Refine and reinforce the career framework by implementing updates and ensuring effective communication to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR Directors (HRDs) and HRBPs to assess and address structural needs within the framework

Innovate and Optimize the Use of the Career Framework

  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Career Framework for new applications, such as talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Analyze and propose improvements to align the Career Framework with broader organizational strategies, including workforce planning and employee retention
  • Collaborate with HR partners to gather insights on how different departments are using the Career Framework and recommend solutions to better integrate it into HR processes
  • Design metrics and feedback loops to track the effectiveness of the Career Framework and suggest ongoing improvements

Summary of the role

As Post-Listing Advisory Senior Associate for France you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of listed companies. You will work closely with equity issuers to understand their Investor Relations and ESG needs and provide tailored solutions using Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. This position involves assisting C-level managers, IR and ESG teams of listed companies who are looking to enhance their presence in capital markets by offering high-touch advisory, market intelligence, and decision- making analytics. Profile

  • At least 3-4 years of client-facing experience in capital markets, either on the corporate (IR) side or on the financing side (investment banks, brokers, asset managers, financial communication agencies), with proven management capability and possibly a C-level network.
  • Deep understanding and interest in the dynamics and mechanics of capital markets is essential.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Marketing & Partnership Manager om gerichte marketingcampagnes te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren die resoneren met Investor relations en communicatiespecialisten. Profiel

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, duurzaamheid, business, finance of een gerelateerd veld.  
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met een bewezen interesse in SaaS-producten, investor relations, communicatie-onderwerpen en kapitaalmarkten. Eerdere ervaring in relevante B2B- of B2C-omgevingen is zeer gewenst.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client portfolio and driving the sales of our webcast and streaming solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead negotiations from the first contact to contract signature, ensuring thorough follow-up with prospects.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
  • Solution Presentation: Understand clients’ needs and present our webcast solutions as tailored responses to their communication challenges.

Required Profile:

Euronext’s Cash Equity & Data Services has an ambitious projects roadmap, including the launch of innovative trading services or the development of new data products.

To help drive these ambitious initiatives, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the Cash & Data Services Projects team.   • Bewerken van webcasts: Je knipt en monteert broadcast-uitzendingen en zorgt voor een foutloze eindversie.
  • Ondertiteling en transcriptie: Je voegt nauwkeurige ondertitels en transcripten toe aan de uitzendingen.
  • Beheer van uitzendingen: Je start, begeleidt en beëindigt live-uitzendingen voor gemeentelijke klanten, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.
  • Indexeren van uitzendingen: Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde sprekersindex, zodat kijkers gemakkelijk door de vergadering kunnen navigeren.

Wat ga je doen?

Na een gedegen inwerkperiode ben je klaar om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan voor onze klanten, die zich voornamelijk binnen de gemeentelijke en overheidssector bevinden. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Voorbereiding van de webcast: Je controleert of de klant de webcast correct heeft aangemaakt en of alle benodigde informatie beschikbaar is. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de internetverbinding en de audio- en videoapparatuur naar behoren werken. Bij technische problemen kun je rekenen op ondersteuning van onze technische experts.
  • Live bediening van de webcast: Je start de webcast, volgt actief de agendapunten en sprekers, geeft commentaar tijdens schorsingen en stopt de webcast op het juiste moment. Indien zich problemen voordoen tijdens de uitzending, stel je de klant gerust en schakel je indien nodig met de supportafdeling. Proactieve communicatie met de klant is hierbij essentieel.
  • Sprekersindexatie: Binnen 48 uur lever je een nauwkeurige sprekersindex op, waarbij je met onze gebruiksvriendelijke editor zorgdraagt voor een overzichtelijke en correct gemonteerde uitzending.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large and complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and technology infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and supporting infrastructure elements.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture, and emerging technologies.
