This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a role which offers exposure across the whole technology delivery cycle all the way from Sales to Support!

The primary focus of the role will be to define our business roadmap and design new software modules, products and services to achieve it. The candidate will lead initiatives which involve industry experts, senior leadership of client/prospects, and operational teams at our clients and our own internal delivery & support teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and industry challenges; use these to build and drive a roadmap
  • Analysing, designing and specifying enhancements based on strategic vision and tactical plans
  • Managing the product backlog and making priority calls on delivery sequence
  • Driving success of initiatives by coordinating development, testing, delivery and support of new features
  • Working with the sales team on product demonstrations, creating presentations and designing proof of concept demos to support the sales effort
  • Collect and analyse system data and client feedback to identify opportunities to improve the product
  • Act as an escalation point for Commcise Support team where there are client-specific queries or challenges

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

  • An experienced professional with a track record in Product Management or Business Analysis; the strongest candidates will have lived and breathed technology delivery in various guises (perhaps as Implementation / Delivery consultants, Solution architects, Technical Analysts or pre-Sales support staff). Experience with agile development is a plus.
  • 5-10 years’ experience
  • Has an enthusiastic and proactive style, able to balance the competing demands of a Product Manager
  • Can cut through complexity; by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing conclusions

Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will enable the AI team to design, build and deliver AI-powered applications in scale in a fast, secure, and reliable manner. Such applications are designed to serve several teams and drive business value across different business areas. You will be part of the recently established global AI Team of Euronext, with the possibility to shape it from the beginning with foundational knowledge and best practices. You will work closely with experienced software developers, tech leads, DevOps, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and data professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and guide the team in designing modern and modular software architectures and frameworks for AI-powered and mostly web-based applications.

  • Take the lead on establishing best practices for software engineering and adopting the most suitable frameworks, tools and platforms for building successful AI applications.

  • Develop AI-powered software applications, which might include multiple components such as frontend, backend, databases, API integrations and monitoring.

  • Collaborate with other software development teams and with data professionals to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines, machine learning algorithms and software modules into successful AI-based applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Foundational knowledge on software architecture, principles and best practices

  • Several years of experience in full-stack software development in complex and long-term projects, from conception to deployment, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, modular and maintainable software architectures. Previous experience in building AI-based applications is a plus.

  • Proficiency in programming and creating solutions with Python. Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is valued.

  • Strong knowledge in database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs. Understanding of API security, authentication, and versioning.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in using cloud services, preferably AWS. Experience with services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB and related ones is highly valued.

  • Experience in establishing and promoting best practices in software engineering, such as code reviews, automated testing, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience with AI/ML services (eg. OpenAI, SageMaker, Synapse), containerization, CI/CD and infrastructure as code are nice to have.

Role and Key Accountabilities

  • Lead a tech team of 5+ developers in software development initiatives and translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
  • Allocate 50% of the time to writing high-quality, production-ready code and dedicate the remaining 50% to mentoring the team, addressing challenges, supporting career growth, and actively participating in coaching and training initiatives.
  • Architect robust, scalable, and cost-efficient end-to-end solutions in the realm of cloud computing, tailored to meet the unique needs and specifications of the client.

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

This position is for a Team Lead in the  Governance Services product line, responsible for software development activities of iBabs.  It involves a hands-on technical leadership role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET and proficiency in the latest editions C#, APS.NET and .NET Core.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing software development teams of 3-5 people.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure, Microservices architecture, and design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in frontend technologies like React.js or Angular is a strong plus.
  • Experience in iOS development or  Android development is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy.
  • Domain Knowledge of EU Market Abuse Regulation, EU Whistleblowing Directive, the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive is a Plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team.

  • Campagne-uitvoering

Profiel

  • Bachelor diploma in marketing, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in marketing, met een sterke focus op SaaS-producten en bewezen succes in leadgeneratie.
  • Vloeiend in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
  • Ervaring in B2B-omgevingen is een pluspunt, bij voorkeur binnen snelgroeiende organisaties of startups.

Job summary

Under the Compliance pillar, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing and Lead Generation Associate with proven knowledge in the SaaS industry to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with an audience of compliance specialists. Your primary focus will be on attracting and converting potential prospects, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results in terms of lead generation, event management, content creation, campaign monitoring, as well as driving customer growth through product marketing.

Key responsibilities

Campaign Execution:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the Growth Marketing Manager, aligning with business objectives and our target audience.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, website updates, and SEO activities, ensuring consistent execution across channels.
  • Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.) by working with our design and content agencies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and campaigns.

Lead Generation & Performance Monitoring:

  • Lead the creation, monitoring, and optimization of lead generation campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing, ensuring clear KPI management (conversion rates, cost-per-lead, etc.).
  • Provide detailed performance analysis of campaigns, offering insights and actionable recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes, as well as best practices in lead generation and marketing.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other Marketing team members, sales, product, and other teams to align on campaign strategies and maximize their impact.
  • Assist in the creation of customer-centric content (testimonials, case studies) that directly supports the sales team’s outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate the organisation and promotion of corporate events, webinars, and marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS products and proven success in lead generation.
  • Previous compliance / RegTech experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English, and either Dutch, Italian or Swedish
  • Experience in B2B environments is a plus, preferably within high-growth or startup settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and optimising lead generation campaigns through platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

The purpose of the role is to manage the daily and recurring tax operation task at Oslo (ES-OSL) and Copenhagen (ES-CPH) and to contribute to sustainable development of services and applications based on clients and relevant authorities input.

Responsibilities and main tasks:

  • Participate in supporting clients in Tax Reclaim area according to SLAs.
  • Assist Client Services in responding to client customer inquiries in the use of tax products and services. (e.g tax reclaim).
  • Contribute to secure the tax operations in ES-OSL and ES-CPH systems, including the resolution of any instability when it occurs.
  • Contribute to ES-OSL and ES-CPH's products being developed in line with changes and expectations in the market by providing input to improvements, changes and any instability in products and services to the relevant Product Owner and Product Manager.
