  • Commercial registration certificate.

Securities identification:

  • Certified copy of the minutes of the deliberations;
  • Quantity of securities issued;
  • The nominal amount / quantity to be registered;
  • The Registration Instruction.

Analysis and assessment of the documentation and communication of the decision to the applicant:
