Euronext London offers international issuers the opportunity to have shares and depositary receipts included on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (UKLA). In addition, issuers will benefit from having their securities traded on Euronext's Universal Trading Platform (“Euronext UTP”), which connects all our European markets, creating Europe's largest cross border equity exchange and provides enhanced liquidity to issuers and investors.

Regulatory bodies

Euronext London is operated by Euronext UK Markets Limited, which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is a statutory body that regulates the financial services industry in the UK.  It is operationally independent but accountable to the UK Treasury.

The FCA’s statutory objectives were set out in the Financial Services Act 2012. As the financial conduct regulator for the UK, the FCA uses a wide range of rule-making, investigatory, and enforcement initiatives.


Existing members of Euronext’s European Securities Markets can quickly and easily extend their membership through the Euronext Extension of Activity Form .

Firms that are not currently members of Euronext’s European Securities Markets that wish to trade directly on Euronext London must complete the Euronext Membership Application Form and submit it to Euronext for approval.
