About IR.Manager

IR.Manager is a CRM platform dedicated to investor relations teams. An ambitious growth project, it acts as a key component of the Euronext Advisory and IR Solutions offering, existing as the “technology” aspect of the service alongside data and consultancy.

IR.Manager supports Investor Relations teams of listed companies optimise their IR team workflow and efficiently manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts and other stakeholders; better understand their shareholder base; profile and target institutional investors with greater accuracy; and advise management with value-adding briefing notes and reports.

About the role

The new Account Manager, IR.Manager, will join the Advisory & IR Solutions team (15 people across Euronext locations) and will be responsible for supporting the roll-out of the new IR.Manager, a next generation iteration of the existing IR.Manager platform, to new and existing clients. There will be opportunities to gain a deep understanding of the investment industry and investor relations, develop a rich set of skills around client management, advanced data processing and work with listed companies with large international presences.

They will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the portfolio of IR.Manager clients, attending to day-to-day needs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of responses and solutions

  • Facilitating a process of change, mitigating negative impacts and helping users navigate new surroundings

  • Conducting client on-boarding and user training

  • Liaising between clients and technical, support and research teams

Job Description

The Corporate Services DACH Account Executive will be in charge of growing the customers base by generating rapid revenues growth for all ECS (Euronext Corporate Services) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, & the German-speaking part of Switzerland).

PLANNING

Job Profile

The Euronext Group is in the process of reviewing its Internal Control framework, with a view on better integrating it on its Risk Management process and aligning it with recognized standards such as COSO.

This review will be conducted in a project-like organization,  on a scope covering the Core-market businesses and associated support functions.

The expected outcome of this initiative is an updated control framework including detailed and documented processes, a control program, as well as reporting and decision-making venues.  The introduction of a system designed to automate the maintenance and the execution of the internal control program is also considered.

  • Work closely with the Global Sales Operations Manager to help drive the CRM strategy
  • Partner with stakeholders, end users and IT to promote efficient communication between the teams
  • Translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements and specifications for solutions
  • Propose clear tool configurations including Entity Creation, Workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise business application development and delivery
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, or any related field
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dynamics CRM 365 tool and experience of a hands-on approach to configuring the product for Sales and Marketing functions
  • Highly organized and able to meet multiple demands, and handle shifting priorities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven track record and experience of operating within complex programmes in a matrix style organization
  • Hands-on experience in Installation, configuration, and customisation of MS Dynamics CRM.

Euronext Information Technology

Our IT team​ provides end-to-end technology support across the Euronext business, comprising of circa 300 staff primarily located in Porto, Lisbon, and Paris.

IT has a core responsibility for developing, supporting  and protecting the key trading platforms Optiq® in addition to the surrounding applications. In infrastructure, IT is responsible for Data Center management including all hardware, such as server & storage equipment right through to end user computing, such as desktops and mobiles. IT is also responsible for protecting Euronext systems from cyber attacks and data theft.

Role Summary

The candidate:

  • leads the definition of Datacenters and Cloud consolidation strategy within EURONEXT group, delivering the related studies and business cases.
  • is on charge of conceptualization, design, and deployment of Cloud solutions within the Group. He/she specifies consistent Hybrid Cloud infrastructure services and architectures, based on best practices and best of breed solutions. His/her approach is in phase with the operational environment and search to improve the Infrastructure “As A Service” model.

His/her role entails choosing appropriate strategic architecture building to meet business requirements. He/she creates high level designs that Cloud and Infra engineering can use to co-produce low level designs for implementation phase.

This includes carrying an authoritative voice on all aspects related to hybrid Cloud environments (Public and Private Cloud implementation, Infra as code approach, DevSecOps and Cybersecurity by design, effective CI/CD, Containers…).

He/she works in proximity with all the Infrastructure teams (Cloud, System, Network, End User Services), Production and Applicative Development teams.

Into the Cloud and Infra Transfo team, the Lead Architect design new solutions with the aim of iterative and innovative improvements.

Key Accountabilities

Euronext follows a cloud first strategy each time it is relevant, considering the eligible workloads, the additional value introduced for Euronext business, the acceleration of projects delivery and costs optimization.

In that context, the Lead Cloud Architect is in charge to deliver the strategic development and operational management of Cloud environment:

  • Elaborate the move to cloud strategy with the applicative team
  • Considerate business requirements and propose designs in connection with applicative teams
  • Design, develop, and ability to operate Cloud services, ensuring they are inherently agile, highly reliable and comply with architectural standards; Develop a library of deployable and documented cloud design patterns as a basis for deploying services to the cloud ; Provide detailed design documentation and solution document with a service-oriented approach
  • Ensure service catalogues are up to date
  • Incorporate innovative technologies when appropriate, in line with strategic objectives and architectural standards
  • Develop a consistent Infrastructure as code strategy to operate on prem and Cloud Infra
  • Define a DevSecOps strategy, improving robustness of Cloud environments regarding the Cybersecurity threat
  • Design continuity, development, and maintenance of the Cloud environment.
  • Contribute to Increase skillset on Cloud solutions in the Infra teams
  • Be a technical interface with Cloud providers and Cloud Product vendors, for solution design.
  • Provide third line support on all these infrastructure solutions
  • Provide estimates of costs with all his/her studies

Moreover, he/she will define, in coordination with the System and Network architects, closely with applicative teams (Market Services, Post-trade Services):

  • the short and mid-term strategy of Datacenter consolidation within Euronext group, integrating a move to cloud strategy when relevant, providing the related business case and building the associated roadmap
  • the rationalization and standardization of the several cloud initiatives within the group, elaborating the integration plan following Euronext last years external growth
  • the opportunity to develop a private cloud strategy for workloads not eligible to the public cloud, with a consistent hybrid cloud approach

Thus, the candidate will be able to provide a technical vision, an operational and financial one for all the transformations he /she will lead.

Your profile

  • 10+ years of experience in similar role of Infra Architect, at least 5 years of Cloud architect experience in a large enterprise environment 
  • Master degree in Technology
  • Strong technical background in Cloud (AWS, AZURE, Private Cloud) and Datacenter environments, Development skills
  • Knowledge on containers (Docker, Kubernetes), on Business Continuity constraints (High-availability mechanism, Disaster Recovery, Backup/Archiving), on Production background (monitoring,…)
  • Agile IT experience
