De afdeling Productmanagement moet vormgegeven worden waar je een grote rol in speelt. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met o.a. de afdelingen Marketing, Sales en Development.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Onderzoeken en analyseren

  • Het actief volgen van relevante marktontwikkelingen en trends.
  • Je identificeert proactief de informatiebehoeften van stakeholders.
  • Het uitvoeren van concurrentieanalyses en onderzoeken van klantbehoeften.
  • Je vertaalt onderzoeksbevindingen in heldere oplossingsrichtingen.
  • Het signaleren van productkansen en bedreigingen in de markt.
  • Het verkennen van diensten en producten bij externe leveranciers.

Productbeheer en productontwikkeling

  • Je bewaakt de productlevenscyclusfases en doet voorstellen voor optimalisatie van de productfolio.
  • Je bewaakt de afzet en winstgevendheid van producten, je initieert berekeningen hiervoor en je doet voorstellen voor prijsstellingen.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het prijsbeleid en coördineert prijswijzigingen.
  • Je stelt specificaties op van te ontwikkelen producten en diensten.
  • Je formuleert de beoogde marktbenadering en USP’s.
  • Coördineert concrete wensen en vertaalt deze naar features en stories
  • Waarbij je backlog items prioriteert met mandaat van het MT

Monitoren en bijsturen

  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van ontwikkelactiviteiten (product backlog) en stuurt bij indien noodzakelijk.

Implementatie & Communicatie

  • Het betrekken van relevante afdelingen bij het productontwikkelproces en het maken van afspraken over de planning en uitvoering.
  • Het afstemmen met leveranciers over het te leveren kwaliteitsniveau, de prijs/prestatie-verhouding en de op te leveren resultaten.
  • Het voeden van marketingcommunicatie met informatie en USP’s van het product, de klantvoordelen en de toepassingsmogelijkheden. Het borgen dat deze op de juist wijze worden door  vertaald.
  • Zorg dragen voor het implementeren van nieuwe producten en de communicatie hieromtrent.

Job Description

The Corporate Services DACH sales manager will be in charge of growing the customers base by generating rapid revenues growth for all ECS (Euronext Corporate Services) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, & the German-speaking part of Switzerland).

PLANNING

  • He/she will prepare, help defining, and execute the deployment strategy and execution roadmap in the DACH region for ECS across all customers’ segments (issuers and their ecosystem, financial services firms, private companies, government and local authorities).
  • Strong knowledge of the overall ecosystem is key to identify specific client needs and to maximise cross-selling by opening doors for our Sales Specialists in a coordinated, consistent and comprehensive manner.
  • He/she will help to define the best packages and pricing policy to meet the needs of the clients and prospects whilst reaching the revenues and margin objectives of ECS.


COMMERCIAL INTENSITY & SALES MANAGEMENT

  • He/she will execute this strategy by ensuring a high level of commercial intensity and client engagement, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with both all prospects and influencers and all Euronext’s stakeholders.
  • He/she will be expected to be particularly focused on raising opportunities by a proactive prospection, to obtain online demos or face-to-face meetings, leveraging Euronext’s high-profile brand, network, and marketing resources.
  • He/she will organise and animate events to promote our Corporate Services.
  • He/she will manage the sales process with prospects and clients, negotiate the contracts (according to Euronext’s policies) to maximise cross-selling and close sales autonomously or in collaboration with Sales Specialists.


COLLABORATION & CROSS SELLING

  • He/she will ensure close cooperation and alignment between ECS and the DACH based teams towards prospects and clients.
  • He/she will coordinate and help to prioritise efficiently and transparently the client engagement in the DACH region with all those different stakeholders from Euronext.
  • He/she will be part of the account management team of the current customer base and work closely with the Customer Success Management team.
  • He/she will maximise the cross-selling of the different services within clients.
  • He/she will report activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates).

  • Determine Euronext digital strategy and oversee implementation of digital frameworks and processes, anticipating evolving needs of Euronext’s businesses, internal and external clients.

  • Build and drive a coherent digital roadmap

Paie

- Vous serez amené(e) à seconder la Responsable Paie sur l’ensemble des aspects de la paie mensuelle.

As Compensation and Benefits Analyst Apprentice, some of your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Prepare and complete the annual gender pay gap report and process;
  • Lead the job matching and input into salary surveys to support the annual benchmarking effort with our AON providers (Radford and McLagan);
  • Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning;
  • Support the reporting and statistics requirements of the Group: monthly follow-up and continuous improvement, monitoring of Group HR data;

Role and Key Accountabilities

The Regulation Associate will have responsibility for both Oslo markets and Dublin markets:

Oslo markets:

  • Review applications for bond listings on the Nordic ABM and Oslo Bors markets.
  • Liaise with Norwegian financial intermediaries submitting bond listing applications on behalf of issuers.
  • Verify and extract data from documents received for upload to local data management system.
  • Liaise with Market Administration and Marketdata departments regarding the listing of bonds.
  • Publish listing documents on website of Oslo Bors.

Dublin markets:

  • Index debt and funds documents and enter data into XT (the system for processing listing applications)
  • Allocate debt and funds  document submissions / listing applications to team members.
  • Process Final Terms relating to debt security base prospectuses.
  • Prepare admission to listing and trading notices for market publication.
  • Process invoices and maintain bulk accounts for customers
  • Prepare various reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor the timely delivery of various reports.
  • Other administration work, as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Corporate Services Spain sales manager will be in charge of growing the customers base by generating rapid revenues growth for all ECS (Euronext Corporate Services) products and services in Spain.

PLANNING

  • He/she will prepare, help defining, and execute the deployment strategy and execution roadmap in Spain for ECS across all customers’ segments (issuers and their ecosystem, financial services firms, private companies, government and local authorities).
  • Strong knowledge of the overall ecosystem is key to identify specific client needs and to maximise cross-selling by opening doors for our Sales Specialists in a coordinated, consistent and comprehensive manner.
  • He/she will help to define the best packages and pricing policy to meet the needs of the clients and prospects whilst reaching the revenues and margin objectives of ECS.

COMMERCIAL INTENSITY & SALES MANAGEMENT

  • He/she will execute this strategy by ensuring a high level of commercial intensity and client engagement, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with both all prospects and influencers and all Euronext’s stakeholders.
  • He/she will be expected to be particularly focused on raising opportunities by a proactive prospection, to obtain online demos or face-to-face meetings, leveraging Euronext’s high-profile brand, network, and marketing resources.
  • He/she will organise and animate events to promote our Corporate Services.
  • He/she will manage the sales process with prospects and clients, negotiate the contracts (according to Euronext’s policies) to maximise cross-selling and close sales autonomously or in collaboration with Sales Specialists.

COLLABORATION & CROSS SELLING

  • He/she will ensure close cooperation and alignment between ECS and the Spain based teams towards prospects and clients.
  • He/she will coordinate and help to prioritise efficiently and transparently the client engagement in Spain with all those different stakeholders from Euronext.
  • He/she will be part of the account management team of the current customer base and work closely with the Customer Success Management team.
  • He/she will maximise the cross-selling of the different services within clients.
  • He/she will report activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates).

Skills and experience

We are looking for enthusiastic people with the following skills:

  • Demonstrable outstanding communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • Experience as sales executive, preferably in B2B Sales to the C-Level of Listed Companies
  • A first experience in the Financial sector in the broader sense is a plus
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Able both to work with strong autonomy and to teamwork with very diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organization skills
  • Result and sales-driven
  • Proactive mind set and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Interest for technology
