En lien avec l’apprenti(e) chargé(e) du recrutement sur le périmètre IT & Operations  :

  • Contribuer à une intégration efficace des nouveaux stagiaires/apprentis au sein de la population des jeunes talents (early careers) en organisant leur intégration RH, des présentations métiers et équipes, des visites de nos locaux …

Key Accountabilities

Na een gedegen inwerktraject ga je aan de slag voor onze klanten, deze bevinden zich met name binnen de gemeentelijke en overheidsmarkt. Tijdens de werkzaamheden ben je verantwoordelijk voor;

·         Een gedegen voorbereiding van de Webcast. Dit betekent controleren of de medewerkers van de klant de Webcast op de juiste manier hebben aangemaakt en of alle informatie beschikbaar is zodat jij zonder problemen je werkzaamheden kan verrichten. Daarnaast controleer je of er een internetverbinding actief is en of er beeld en geluid is. Mochten hier problemen aan het licht komen dan kan je terugvallen op onze support afdeling met technische experts;

·         Het bedienen van de Webcast. Hiermee bedoelen wij het starten, meeklikken van actieve agendapunten en sprekers, commentaar ingeven tijdens een schorsing en het stoppen van een Webcast/ Mochten er tijdens een live-uitzending problemen zijn dan stel je de medewerkers van de klant op hun gemak en neem je contact op met onze support afdeling om te zien of het probleem is op te lossen. Communiceer proactief met de medewerkers van de klant zodat zij weten wat de status is;

·         De sprekersindexatie. Deze dient binnen 48 uur opgeleverd te worden. Aan de hand van onze editor ben jij in staat om nauwkeurige sprekers-aanpassingen te doen in ons systeem zodat onze klanten tevreden zijn met het eindresultaat en probleemloos een vergadering kunnen terugkijken;

About the team and the role

To complement our team of index structuring and business development experts and to strengthen our processes and governance structure, we are looking for a driven individual to take the lead on the Index Rules, regulation, and governance procedures.

The Euronext Index Team consists of 13 team members in 2 European countries, who collaborate closely together to further strengthen Euronext’s position as international leading index provider. The position of the Index Analyst is stationed at Euronext Amsterdam.

The Index Analyst will take the lead in the maintenance and development of the Euronext Index methodologies, including corporate actions methodology, and will ensure compliance with relevant Index regulations and market practices.

Department

Within the Communications and IR department, the Content marketing apprentice will support the  Content team in implementing and rolling-out the Content and brand strategy. She/ He will also support the team in developing and delivering highly visible external marketing and communication materials for corporate and business activities. 

Assignment

  • The Content marketing & brand apprentice will work in the following activities:

  • Help in the design of brand campaigns that articulate Euronext’s value proposition and educate stakeholders

  • Assist in the development and launch of content campaigns (print and digital): develop different types of content (videos, infographics, brochures, etc.) and liaise with our design agency

  • Craft messaging around corporate and business activities to gain maximum exposure

Euronext - Primary Markets and Corporate Services department

Key Accountabilities

  • Within the Primary Markets department, the Equity Listing team sets strategic priorities and delivers associated projects, leads regulatory engagement, and is responsible for financial results of the equity listing business line.

  • The main responsibilities of the intern will be to assist the Equity Listing  team in projects to deliver on the Primary Markets business unit’s 2024 strategic ambitions. In particular, the intern will participate to the deployment of strategic projects dedicated to Tech-sector IPOs, ESG and SMEs. He/she will also contribute to our efforts to strengthen our pre-IPO programs.

  • His/her missions will include project management, preparation of presentations, market sizing and activity benchmarking vs. competing exchanges, financial modelling and analyses.

At Euronext, Investor Relations are part of the Communication and Investor Relations department, integrated within Euronext’s CFO Office.

  • The apprentice will be fully integrated in the IR department, closely supporting the team and will primarily.

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing & Partnerships Primary Markets d’Euronext, vous jouerez un rôle actif dans le développement des activités d’Euronext en France.
En tant que Chargé de Marketing, vous contribuerez à l'expansion des activités de la bourse de Paris, en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales basées en France.

Votre mission :

  • Participer aux actions marketing et de business developement pour promouvoir les marchés financiers auprès d’entreprises de toutes tailles et de tous secteurs, des start-ups aux grandes entreprises.

  • Organiser des conférences, ateliers ou webinaires à destination des équipes dirigeantes des sociétés cotées ou non cotées sur les bonnes pratiques liées à une cotation : relations investisseurs, ESG, évolutions règlementaires, etc.

  • Produire des contenus marketing et pédagogiques sur la Bourse.

Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Sales, Marketing, Client Excellence, Product, Technology.

This position is for a Software Developer in the Compliance Services product line, responsible for software development activities of ComplyLog and all regulatory technology solutions for issuers and advisors.

The key accountabilities for this role are

  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and meet delivery timelines.
  • Prioritize and facilitate the early resolution of client issues, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Conduct code reviews, contribute to critical feature designs, and ensure the overall quality of the team's deliverables.
  • Flag technical debt and areas of improvements, making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities.
  • Implement a robust documentation system for knowledge base, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and communication in software development activities.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.

 Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .Net/.Net Core.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, and design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in frontend technologies like React.js or Angular is a strong plus.
  • Solid grasp of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team.
  • Comfortable with DevOps practices involving configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, IaC, deployment patterns among others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
