Client Operations is a multilingual team, based in various locations throughout Europe, which delivers full operational support and training on the complete Euronext Corporate Services suite of products and services. Risk & Compliance department overview:
The Compliance and Market Surveillance at Oslo Børs is responsible for the real-time and post trade surveillance of the Norwegian security markets, including follow-up and enforcement of the Oslo Børs rules applicable for member firms and listed issuers. Further, the reporting of breaches of the rules of conduct to the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) rests within the department's area of responsibility (cf. the Market Abuse Regulation and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act).
The main task of the compliance function at Oslo Børs is to minimize compliance risks and to ensure that the exchange's operations are carried out in line with regulatory requirements, the Euronext group's internal policies and internal procedures established by the management or Board of Directors at Oslo Børs. Euronext has implemented a matrix organisation, where all units at Oslo Børs have a functional reporting line into the group. Hence, the Oslo Børs compliance function is an integrated part of the Euronext Group Risk & Compliance department as well.
Within the Euronext Group Risk & Compliance department, a team of almost 50 talented professionals in Risk, BCM and Compliance, spread across our various geographies, is ensuring to preserve the value assets and reputation of the company. About Company Webcast
Company Webcast is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Webcast Engineer who wants to join our team. Company Webcast, based in Capelle aan den IJssel, provides high-end webcast and webinar solutions to more than 700 corporates and local governments, through a state-of-the-art platform using the most advanced technology. We offer flexible and tailor-made formats, depending on the customers’ needs, i.e. video or audio webcasts on location, conference call webcasts, highly interactive professional studio webcasts and self-service webinar licences. Since February 2017, Company Webcast is part of the Euronext group and operates studios in Capelle aan den IJssel, Amsterdam, Brussel, Paris, London, Milan and Frankfurt. As a successful Webcast Engineer, you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers’ webinars and webcasts. For many of our customers, the webinar world is new and you will be the one who helps them through all the processes and makes them feel at ease.
About the role
As a Webcast Technician you deliver an event from a technology perspective in one of our studios or on site at one of our customers. As Webcast Technician you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as the person will have a direct impact on the success of customers’ webinars and webcasts.
