TECO 2030 sjøsettes på Merkur Market

Oslo, 12 October 2020 – Hydrogenselskapet TECO 2030 ble i dag tatt opp til handel på Merkur Market.

TECO 2030 ASA er et ingeniør- og utstyrsleverandørselskap med fokus på grønnere og renere skipsfart. Selskapet hentet nylig 80 millioner kroner i en aksjeemisjon.  

– Investorer ser nå de det store verdipotensialet innen cleantech, og jeg er veldig fornøyd med interessen fra kvalitetsinvestorer, sier Tore Enger, administrerende direktør i Teco 2030, i en melding

– Børsnoteringen gir oss en plattform som vi kan bruke til å arbeide enda mer effektivt for å takle en av de største miljøutfordringene i vår tid: Hvordan redusere maritime utslipp til tross for økende fraktvolumer, fortsetter Enger. 

Emisjonskursen var 40 kroner, som gir selskapet en markedsverdi på 480 millioner kroner i forkant av børsnoteringen.
