PetroNor E&P notert på Oslo Børs

Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Paris og Oslo – 28. februar 2022 – I dag er olje- og gasselskapet PetroNor E&P notert på Oslo Børs (ticker: PNOR). Dette er årets andre notering på hovedlisten. Selskapet var tidligere notert på Euronext Expand, men etter domisilskifte fra Australia til Norge, ble selskapet strøket fra notering før det ble notert på hovedlisten.

Selskapet driver med olje og gassleting, -utvikling og -produksjon, og har særlig virksomhet offshore utenfor kysten av Vest-Afrika, i Republikken Kongo, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Nigeria og Senegal.

Ved åpning av markedet var aksjeprisen satt til 1 kroner per aksje, som ga selskapet en markedsverdi på 1,3 milliarder kroner.
