Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Analyst with strong QA capabilities to join our team that designs trading platforms in the Fixed Income area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional analysis and the ability to design and execute test cases for our Quality Assurance team. The purpose of the role is to perform the daily tax operations within the Euronext Securities Shared Services and to contribute to sustainable development of services and applications based on client inputs.
Key accountabilities
• Control quality of incoming Tax Reclaims and secure upload of Tax Reclaims to the Danish Tax Authority either manually or via RPA.
• Contribute to secure the tax operations, including the resolution of any instability when it occurs.
• Support local teams in responding to client inquiries regarding the use of tax reclaim services.
• Assist development teams as needed, primarily for conducting tests.
