With the other Data Analysts of the team, you will work on deriving insights from Euronext vast pool of historical market data and other data sources to support data driven decision of the business and sales teams, as well as operations and communication teams.

You will contribute to the evolution of the technics and tools put in place to answer the expectations for data self-service and will be responsible for actively engaging in the initiative to implement optimal analysis contents that are relevant to internal and external stakeholders. Summary of the role

This position is for a team lead in the Compliance Services product line, responsible for software development activities of ComplyLog and all regulatory technology solutions for issuers and advisors. It involves a hands-on technical leadership role.

50% of the time will be dedicated to writing high-quality, production-ready code and the remaining 50% will be dedicated to managing the team: mentoring the team, addressing challenges, supporting career growth, and actively participating in coaching and training initiatives.

About Company Webcast

Company Webcast is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Webcast Engineer who wants to join our team. Company Webcast, based in Capelle aan den IJssel, provides high-end webcast and webinar solutions to more than 700 corporates and local governments, through a state-of-the-art platform using the most advanced technology. About the role

As a Webcast Technician you deliver an event from a technology perspective in one of our studios or on site at one of our customers. As Webcast Technician you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as the person will have a direct impact on the success of customers’ webinars and webcasts.

Your key accountabilities

  • Carry out successful customer events in one of our studios, or on site (webinars/webcasts)

  • Support the promotion of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools (promote and educate staff on the use of the company intranet (SharePoint), Teams, Yammer, etc.)

Editorial and Corporate Communications 

  • Responsible for identifying, writing/editing and publishing articles and other content

  • Responsible for writing and sending employee communications, as well as editing/proofreading documents in English

  • Edit and create assets, including videos, for internal initiatives (surveys, anniversaries, seminars)

  • Assist with internal events and campaigns linked to company’s strategic plan

  • Handle relationship with graphics agency for internal deliverables

Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines France, l’alternant(e) Paie & contrôle social interviendra principalement sur les missions suivantes :

Missions relatives à la paie :

  • Seconder la Responsable Paie sur l’ensemble des aspects de la paie mensuelle externalisée à la fois France et filiales européennes

  • Intervenir auprès de plus de 400 collaborateurs dans un environnement aux enjeux diversifiés aussi bien en termes de conventions collectives que de contrats.

  • Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs et traiter les informations sur les salariés : absence, maladie, congés évènement familiaux, titre de transports…)

  • Participation aux différents projets du département paie, interfaces avec le système de paye, gestion d’un coffre-fort entreprise.

  • Participation au suivi de la Gestion des Temps et des Activités (GTA) (outil protime)

  • Création des comptes Protime (gestion des temps), procédures évolutives liées aux collaborateurs sur Workday.

  • Venir en support à la gestion administrative du personnel en cas de pique d’activité / besoin.

Missions relatives au contrôle social :

  • Participation active à la création et production de Reporting (NAO, CSE ….)

  • Gestion des enquêtes Dares

Profil recherché

Tu es à la recherche d’une alternance dans un environnement innovant et curieux(se) d’en apprendre plus sur le marché financier. 

En formation supérieure bac+4/5 en comptabilité ou en ressources humaines avec une spécialité paie. Tu aimes le contact et échanger. Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton organisation, sens du détail et ta rigueur.

Communications and Public Relations apprenticeship

For candidates looking for a master’s degree apprenticeship (contrat en alternance) in 2024-2025, preferably available as of July or August 2024. Background in political science, financial communication and public relations appreciated.

Department

You would be working within the Group's Press Office with the Communications Manager for Euronext Paris and with the Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer (CCIO) of Euronext who oversees every aspect of communications: Investor Relations, branding, traditional and social media relations, events and internal communications. You would be primarily involved in media relations with the French and UK press, working alongside an international team located in the company's respective countries.

This apprenticeship represents a fantastic opportunity for students looking to gain experience in corporate and financial communication within a Global Communications Direction, and looking to work on various projects that revolve around the financing of businesses. The apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside C-level representatives at an international company.

Media Relations

  • Organise interviews, press conferences and support the preparation of dedicated key messages and briefing notes for the CEO

  • Expected to contribute to the media strategy with the aim of promoting IPOs and Euronext markets (Euronext, Euronext Growth, Euronext Access)

  • Expected to help with the preparation of key messages regarding the launch of new initiatives.

  • Responsible for drafting communication material including Press releases in French and English

  • Responsible for providing background research on journalists

Digital Communication

  • Community Management: responsible for creating and editing content, helping with the drafting a social media posts for the CEOs’ accounts and reporting on conferences organized by the press office

  • Creating content for company's websites (Intranet, Corporate website, Wikipedia,…)

Communications Strategy & Coordination in support of the Corporate Communications department

  • Managing various international projects with events and marketing teams

  • Creating monitoring tools to keep track on the KPIs of Euronext's results in terms of communications

  • Highlighting and reporting these results regularly to the comms manager and the CCIO

  • Developing the visibility of our spokespersons: CEO, Heads of Businesses, etc.

  • Writing corporate terms of reference and briefing papers for our spokespeople on technical and strategic topics

  • Supporting in the management of the relationship with the PR agency in France in the UK

  • Assistance for the daily overview of Euronext related news and current affairs concerning the competitive environment, as well as the production of news summaries and frequent internal monthly and quarterly analysis.
