Le Département juridique assure pour le compte du groupe Euronext des missions de conseils et d’assistance juridiques tout en contribuant à la bonne gouvernance du groupe. Ses missions ont trait à des aspects juridiques et réglementaires. 

Dans le cadre de ses activités, la Direction juridique recherche un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de six (6) mois pour la période de juillet à décembre 2026, sous convention d'école, université publique/privée ou tout autre organisme reconnu par l'Etat français.

Description du poste

Missions Principales

En collaboration directe avec les juristes Corporate/M&A, droit des affaires et IT, la/le stagiaire aura dans un environnement international pour missions principales de :

• Rédiger et commenter des contrats et actes en français et en anglais dans des domaines variés
• Participer aux exercices d'audit (due diligence) dans le cadre des opérations d'acquisition pour le groupe
• Etablir des notes juridiques, de synthèse ou études sur des problématiques dans des domaines variés (droit commercial, IT, des affaires, boursier, financier, sociétés)
• Participer au secrétariat juridique d'Euronext Paris par la préparation des conseils d'administration et assemblées générales des diverses entités françaises du groupe

Profil du/de la candidat(e)

Etudiant(e) d’une formation Bac +5 en droit des affaires et en école d'avocats (EFB, etc.) ou, idéalement, un Bac +5 accompagné d'une formation en école de commerce (HEC,  ESSEC, ESCP, SciencesPo, etc.), vous avez une première expérience réussie en cabinet d’avocats et vous avez un intérêt pour les marchés financiers.

• Bonne maîtrise des outils de recherche juridique

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor payments, and AP reconciliation.
• Excellent understanding of accounting standards, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statements, and Trial balance.

Key Deliverables/Tasks

• End-to-end management of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Conduct daily AP operations and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Perform AP reconciliations and maintain vendor accounts to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Serve as the SPOC for AP queries from internal teams, global stakeholders, and vendors, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with external and internal finance partners to ensure accurate reporting and smooth AP operations.
• Support financial audits, working closely with external partners and management to ensure successful completion.
• Provide inputs for forecasting, budgeting, cash flow reports, and financial analysis as it pertains to AP.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all AP documentation and reporting.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve AP processes and contribute to scaling operations in India.
• Own correspondence with vendors, bankers, and other stakeholders regarding AP, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
• Support issuing invoices and fund-to-invoice allocation for the broker dealer business where required.
• Work closely with the head of broker dealer on matters related to invoicing, tax obligations, use tax, and KYC checks.
• Keep all AP-related transactions, reconciliations, and finance decks updated and ready for management review.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to lead AP reconciliation processes and contribute to the growth of the finance function in India.

We are looking for an Equity admission officer (VIE) to join our Listing Admission team at Euronext. The position will be based in Oslo and will start on 1 January 2026.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Supporting the admission process for companies seeking an initial listing (such as IPOs) across all Euronext markets, working closely with the broader team.
• Assessing companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on a Euronext market and executing the transaction, including preparing recommendations for the Euronext Listing Committee and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Participating in kick-off meetings with prospects (C-level executives) and intermediaries applying for new equity listings.
• Evaluating companies applying for accreditation as Listing Sponsors or Growth Advisors.
• Educating and supporting local Euronext business partners on listing rules, regulations and procedures.
• Improving, streamlining and harmonising the admission process across all locations.
• Contributing to the annual reviews of issuers and listing sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Within the framework of a federated data governance model based on Data Mesh Principles, drive the implementation of data governance in the IT Market Services business line, ensuring business needs are identified and prioritized, and that efforts align with organizational tools, policies, and frameworks defined by the group data governance team.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and operationalization of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to improve data quality, integrity, lineage, security, and accessibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to data governance.
• Monitor, measure, and enforce data governance practices across the domain, ensuring consistent adoption and adherence to best practices.

Serve as the primary liaison between the Business line, IT Teams and various internal and external stakeholders like Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers.

• Drive data quality programme to identify, assess, remediate and prevent data quality issues that hinder the business in achieving their objectives in a timely and trusted manner.  Monitor data quality metrics; identify and address data quality issues in collaboration with stewards and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other STEM disciplines.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5-8  year in Data Governance and Management role.
• Proven experience in a data management role with a focus on management.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity in database technologies and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).

Desirable Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

In this role, you will drive efforts to optimize a group of products to achieve business goals and maximize return on investment. You will work with product, sales, and IT teams to identify customer needs and improve existing products or develop new ones. For Euronext Securities, convergence consists of rolling out a common service supported by a common information technology system. Its purpose is to provide financial institutions with a single client experience, thus reducing the cost, risk, and complexity of post-trade fragmentation in Europe.

The programme covers the full project lifecycle including design, definition of requirements, build of the IT system, testing, migration of the 4 CSDs, and regulatory approvals when appropriate. The Harmonisation team plays a key role in ensuring a consistent approach on the business side.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage existing groups of products as well as the development of new ones in line with the roadmap to achieve business priorities.
• Oversee the development of a new product and/or service for a particular business area in close cooperation with internal project teams, finance, regulation, surveillance, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead P&L-driven business case development, seeking the most profitable balance between client needs and internal cost control.
• Develop business cases and go-to-market strategies for products, compile and evaluate research on market requirements, and identify enhancements to features and functionality.

Communications (Media Relations) department :  Start Date – January 2026

About the Role

You would be working within the Group's Media Relations team in Paris, and would be primarily involved in media relations with the French and UK press, working alongside an international team located in the company's respective countries.

• Developing, auditing and executing targeted growth marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation and demand generation
• Designing and auditing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, SEO and paid media strategies
