Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Chief Product Officer, Digital Assets to join the newly created Digital Assets team. The position will be based in Paris, and start on September 2026. London and Amsterdam are also possible locations.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Defining, delivering and owning the product vision and strategy for tokenisation across issuance, custody, settlement, lifecycle management and secondary trading infrastructure, fully aligned with Euronext’s digital assets strategy.
  • Leading structured discovery with clients and prospects (including issuers, banks, broker-dealers, custodians, asset managers and Web3 participants) to identify needs and translate them into a prioritised product roadmap.
  • Taking products from concept through design, specification, build and launch, bringing clarity and structure as the product matures.

Your profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in taking products from concept to launch, including design, specification, build, go-to-market, measurement and iteration.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, creating structure and guiding others.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to shape and deliver the direction of the digital assets unit.
  • Deep expertise in digital assets and tokenisation of securities (equities and/or fixed income), with understanding of technical and commercial aspects of issuance, custody, settlement and lifecycle management.
  • Experience at a crypto-native or digital asset exchange, custodian or tokenisation platform, or comparable experience in stablecoin issuance, DLT infrastructure or Web3 platforms with institutional or regulated clients.
  • Experience in regulated financial businesses such as brokerage, exchange, CSD or custodian bank, with proven ability to work alongside Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations.
  • At least ten years of product or strategy experience, including previous leadership of a product function or team.
  • Credibility to operate at Chief Product Officer level, setting vision, influencing top management and representing the business externally.
  • Fluency in English; an additional European language is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of token standards and DLT architecture (e.g. ERC20, ERC3643, permissioned ledgers, Canton, Hyperledger) to collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with custody, transfer agency, clearing and settlement, and corporate actions processing in traditional capital markets.

Reporting to the Head of Equity Admission, you will play a central role in assessing and managing the admission of companies seeking to list their equity securities on Euronext markets. Key responsibilities

Lead issuer admissions

  • Participate in kick-off meetings with C-level executives of prospective issuers and their advisors to guide them through the admission process.

  • Manage the admission process from initial assessment through to the first day of trading.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for issuers and advisors throughout the transaction.

Assess listing applications

The Role 

As Lead Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in the Platform Engineering & Tech Operations teams that underpins all Euronext Corporate Solutions products.   • Creation and implementation of systems that optimize software development and infrastructure management.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an IT and Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join the Risk & Compliance team. The position will be based in Porto, and you will report to the Head of Group resilience, Operational and Technology risk.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting the strengthening of the Group’s ICT risk management framework and Digital Operational Resilience Strategy across all Euronext entities
  • Contributing to the development of local ICT and operational risk profiles and supporting transversal, Group-level risk analyses
  • Reviewing and challenging Third Party Provider Risk Assessments performed by Procurement, Compliance, InfoSec and Data Privacy teams
  • Overseeing the Third Party Provider process, including exit strategy review and test, onsite audit, Register Of Information maintenance, identifying contractual or regulatory gaps and ongoing monitoring of Service Level Agreements
  • Contributing to the review and ongoing maintenance of the Third Party Provider Risk Management Framework
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify, assess and monitor ICT risks (cybersecurity, data, IT, third-party providers and Business Continuity), ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, ISO 27001)
  • Assisting in conducting ICT asset risk assessments, including evaluation of criticality, exposure and dependency risks

Your profile:

  • Minimum three years of higher education in IT, cybersecurity or risk management, or equivalent experience
  • Entry-level knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity concepts and risk management frameworks
  • Familiarity with standards and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST and CIS
  • Understanding of financial regulation (e.g. MiFID, DORA, NIS 2) is a plus
  • Fluent in English (daily use)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Autonomy, proactivity and ability to summarise complex information
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in digital risk

Join Euronext as a General Ledger Accounting & Tax Officer

This position is based in Porto and you will be responsible for the standard day-to-day local general ledger accounting responsibilities as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly activities, such as tax reporting/filings, regulatory and statutory reporting for assigned entities. The General Ledger accounting and tax officer will also actively lead and coordinate business explanation and investigations of financial data (both internally and externally (auditors, tax audits etc), pro-actively identify and work on continuous process improvement in the local environment, monitoring and applying internal control procedures and manage input from other departments – corporate secretary, treasury and tax, shared service centre, legal and consolidation. This position is based in Porto.

Key Accountabilities:

The main responsibilities of the General Ledger Accountant & Tax Officer include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing automated entries from sub ledgers or external systems
  • Processing of un automated entries
  • Generating intercompany transactions and related documentation
  • Preparation of monthly corporate tax provision and tax proofs
  • Completing period end accounting entries and aggregate financial results
  • Providing information to auditors, tax authorities and regulators
  • Reconciliation, and documentation of accounts, including intercompany positions
  • Creating and assessing period end entries
  • Assuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of entries
  • Liaising with legal, corporate secretary, tax and treasury for completeness
  • International standardization of process
  • Reporting in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP (if needed)
  • Preparation and filing of monthly VAT returns
  • Preparation and filing of annual corporate income tax returns
