The Euronext team thanks you for your support over the past year. In 2025, we have kicked off the delivery of the ambitions set out in our ‘Innovate for Growth 2027’ strategic plan. We completed the acquisition of Nasdaq’s Nordic power futures business, setting the stage for the migration of open interest to Euronext Clearing in early 2026. We expanded our SaaS capabilities and recurring revenue with the acquisition of Admincontrol. We launched the repo expansion to position Euronext as the clearing house of choice for European repo markets. With Euronext ETF Europe, we introduced the first fully integrated European marketplace for exchange-traded funds.
Importantly, we were proud to be included in the CAC 40®, reflecting our transformation and growing strategic importance. Finally, with the acquisition of ATHEX Group, the eighth European market integrated our integrated model, further strengthening our pan-European network.
Over the course of the year, we met 500 investors and attended 20 conferences. We were pleased to host a dedicated analyst breakfast in London to discuss our CSD opportunity.
