MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:

•Management of Customer contracts: preparation of contracts or change requests, management of the approval process, analysis of opportunities to enhance the offer (prices, additional services, etc.)

About the role

As an Internal Auditor at Euronext, you will join Group Internal Audit – an international team working across countries and business lines. Main responsibilities

As Senior Internal Auditor you will, lead audit assignments with a risk-based approach, focusing on areas that may hinder the achievement of organisational objectives. This includes:

Primary Markets

The Primary Markets department covering Equity, Debt and Funds securities is notably in charge of the business relationship with listed companies and those considering an IPO on Euronext markets. Key Accountabilities

  • Within the Primary Markets department, the Business Development team is the focal point for business intelligence and projects for all Euronext listing venues.

Euronext operates an established listing and multi-asset trading business across 8 European markets, covering Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, Dublin, Oslo, Milan and Athens.

The Equities Trading Team manages the trading services for stocks across the 8 markets of Euronext Group. This includes overseeing market making activity on the platform, fine-tuning pricing, and generating market structure research.

We are now looking for an Equity Quant Analyst, for a full time position based in Paris, starting ideally from April 2026.

Role of the Equities Team

The Equity Quant Analyst will be joining a multicultural team based in Paris with strong connections across Euronext locations such as Milan, London, Oslo and Amsterdam.

The Equities Trading Team is tasked with the following mission:

  • Maximize the market share, yield and revenues of Euronext Cash Equity trading business.
  • Management of trading fees and market making programs.
  • Order book analysis and equity market quality research.
  • Client relationships with key trading participants such as global banks, retail brokers, market makers, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds.
  • Business development projects for the expansion of equity product offering, and for the implementation of innovative ways to trade stocks on Euronext trading venues.

Your key responsibilities

Leading the quantitative analysis, simulation models, coordination with IT resources and development of software tools available to the Equities Team. Specifically:

  • Scenario analysis and simulation models for the optimization of trading fees initiatives, across different clusters of trading members.
  • Innovate pricing strategy for equity clients via segmentation or new trading fee propositions, with the objective of maximizing revenue extraction, while capturing additional trading volumes.
  • Engagement with the IT infrastructure (connectivity, trading platform, market data) to run analysis of trading members’ activity and to coordinate project management developments.

  • Excellent academic background in Computer Science or Data Science. Degrees in Math, Statistics, or Finance with software development skills are also very welcome.
  • Very strong Python skills. Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages is a plus. Experience with Dataiku is also a plus.
  • Data engineering and automation skills: ability to clean, structure, and manage large datasets, and build automated monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Project management skills and knowledge about financial markets are strong added values.
