Key Responsibilities

The candidate will support the team in the following activities:

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bouw sterke, duurzame relaties op met jouw klanten binnen het publieke segment en zorg voor het behalen van omzetdoelen binnen vastgestelde budgetten en deadlines.
  • Stel overtuigende offertes en contracten op en presenteer deze effectief aan klanten, waarbij je zorgt voor actuele en correcte ondersteunende documentatie.
  • Blijf een vertrouwde adviseur door op de hoogte te blijven van trends en ontwikkelingen in het publieke segment en door actief deel te nemen aan relevante webinars en trainingen.
  • Ontwikkel en onderhoud strategische accountplannen voor jouw klantenset, in nauwe samenwerking met de Marketingafdeling om klanten effectief te bereiken en te behouden. Werk samen aan segmentgerichte acties en stem marketinginitiatieven af om de klant optimaal te bedienen.
  • Ondersteun de Tendermanager actief tijdens aanbestedingen, marktconsultaties en neem deel aan demo’s en productpresentaties om onze meerwaarde duidelijk te maken.
  • Gebruik HubSpot om leads, kansen en relatiecontacten te organiseren en te beheren, en werk aan een gestroomlijnde workflow voor optimale resultaten.

Vereiste ervaring/vaardigheden

  • Commerciële ervaring: Een bewezen trackrecord van meer dan 5 jaar in klantgerichte verkooprollen, met focus op strategische/key accounts binnen een softwareomgeving gericht op de publieke sector.
  • Solution selling: Vaardig in het demonstreren en verkopen van complexe oplossingen met meerdere producten en in het helder overbrengen van de waardepropositie van iBabs aan diverse stakeholders.
  • Communicatie: Uitstekende mondelinge, schriftelijke en presentatievaardigheden die je helpen om effectief te beïnvloeden en te overtuigen.
  • Relatiebeheer: Een relatiegedreven aanpak waarmee je bestaande klanten kunt behouden en omzetgroei kunt realiseren.
  • Organisatie: Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden waarmee je flexibel blijft in een snel veranderende omgeving, prioriteiten stelt en stressbestendig bent.
  • Onderhandelen: Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring in het beheren van grote serviceovereenkomsten gedurende hun volledige levenscyclus.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, met de mogelijkheid om complexe ideeën duidelijk over te brengen.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Flexibel, proactief, servicegericht en gefocust op het behalen van resultaten.
  • Mobiliteit: Bereidheid om te reizen om klanten te bezoeken en persoonlijke relaties te versterken.
