Job summary

Ensure all EMS members get offered a fair and orderly market compliant with the existing regulations. Monitor and manage real-time trading on respective Euronext trading venues and escalate market events, making sure relevant regulation is applied. Role Summary

Euronext is seeking an Equity Sales to join its Global Equities Sales team in London. This is a client-facing commercial role focused on strengthening relationships with key sell-side and buy-side participants, growing existing business, and identifying new commercial opportunities across Euronext’s Equities franchise.

The Corporate Actions & Listing Operations team, located within the Euronext Market Services department, is responsible for the day-to-day handling of listing operations and corporate actions across all cash asset classes (Equities, Bonds, ETFs and Structured Products) on Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Oslo and Paris markets. You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Lead M&A, partnerships, and other external growth initiatives:
    • Develop business cases in collaboration with operational teams (e.g., Strategy, Operations, Finance).
    • Conduct financial modeling for transactions, including valuation and financial impact analyses.

Your profile:

  • Graduate from a leading business or engineering school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, preferably within a corporate environment, private equity, strategic consulting.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Product Owner to join the Strategic Programmes team within the Derivatives and Post-Trade department. The position will be based in Paris, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Product Owner Senior Manager.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Interface with a broad range of stakeholders including engineers, designers, other product teams, project managers, sales representatives, marketing teams, business operations, suppliers and in some cases customers
  • Engage with internal IT and design working groups to develop in-depth technical design and application features.
  • Manage existing groups of products as well as the development of new ones in line with the roadmap to achieve business priorities
  • Oversee the development of a new product and/or service for a particular business area in close cooperation with internal project teams, finance, regulation, surveillance and other key stakeholders. Draft clear and unambiguous requirements for new products and/or services, provide necessary clarifications for internal teams and clients.
  • Lead P&L-driven business case development, seeking the most profitable balance between client needs and internal cost control
  • Develop business cases and the go-to-market strategies for products, compile and evaluate research on the market’s requirements, and identify enhancement to features and functionality.
  • Conduct competitor analysis for a particular product offering, functionality, pricing and market penetration to recommend improvements to enhance Euronext’s market position and to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date competitor intelligence and can properly manage any competitive risks.
  • From time-to-time engage with external client base, in co-design of new features and in assisting sales team and parallel projects, in client overall satisfaction.
  • Assure the competitiveness of pricing structures, monitor the impact of pricing initiatives on clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (Pricing team(s))
  • Maintain and develop relationships with business development and client services, ensure we have an accurate and detailed understanding of our client needs and opportunities to increase market share
  • Produce documentation for external clients, to ensure clarity of services offered, necessary subscription forms and agreements are maintained up to date. Facilitate timely and clear client communication.
  • Ensure new products are well documented for internal teams, and address operational needs to make follow-up and client support efficient and effective.
  • Collect, coordinate, and prioritize bug fixes.
  • Contribute to the internal and client-facing forward-looking roadmap.

Your profile:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills adequate for documenting complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Highly motivated, willingness and ability to learn, ability to demonstrate initiative;
