Acupay System LLC is a worldwide leader in cross‐border tax certification of payments of dividends and interest by issuers of securities to investors without excess withholding of tax. Purpose of Role

As part of the global Tax Operations team, the role of the Operations Analyst is to facilitate the smooth processing of tax relief requests and to provide high quality guidance and support to clients and external stakeholders using the Acupay System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and monitoring tax relief requests (Relief at Source, Quick Refund, and Long Form Reclaims), including entitlement monitoring and documentation management, across various markets
  • Liaising with DTC, paying agents, and other domestic clearing systems to facilitate the above         
  • Providing technical support to clients using the Acupay System and conducting training when required
  • Responding to client inquiries and liaising with users of the Acupay System, constantly striving to offer exceptional customer service. Building strong client relationships and cross-selling other services

Pay Range

  • The anticipated good faith base salary range for this position is USD $60,000 – $67,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, location, and market conditions. Summary of the role 
We are looking for a Sales Manager - New Business based in Rotterdam/Amsterdam, to be part of our sales team. You will advise prospects and clients on meeting their communication objectives through the use of our services and platform. Engagestream has focused its sales activities on four core scenarios, namely Stakeholder Communication (Investor Relations), External & Internal Communication, Marketing Communication and E-learning.

  • Revenue management:

About Primary Markets team 

The Primary Markets team operates across Equity, Debt and Funds, supporting companies throughout their lifecycle in public markets—from pre-IPO preparation through to post-listing activity. 

The team manages relationships with a broad base of issuers across Euronext markets, spanning both Equity and Debt listings, and works closely with intermediaries, investors and the wider financial ecosystem. In addition, we support the development of complementary offerings including Euronext Corporate Services (ECS) and ELITE.  

 

Primary Markets combines business development, market structuring and operational delivery. We support a large and diverse issuer base, contribute to key revenue streams  and deliver strategic initiatives to enhance how markets operate. Currently, we support approximately 1,900 Equity issuers and in excess of 56,000 listed bonds across Euronext markets. 

 

Overview of the role:  

This role will lead and coordinate projects supporting listing activities across Euronext markets, with a strong focus on Equity while remaining adaptable to broader Primary Markets initiatives (including Debt and cross-asset projects). 

It sits at the intersection of Primary Markets, Secondary Markets and market infrastructure, requiring a strong understanding of how markets operate in practice—from listing through to trading and post-trade. 

The position is first and foremost a project management role, with responsibility for ensuring delivery of complex initiatives. Depending on the project, the role may also involve acting as a Product Owner, helping ensure that initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver practical outcomes. It therefore requires someone who can shape, challenge and deliver initiatives, ensuring they are both strategically relevant and operationally workable. 

 

You will be primarily responsible for: 

  • Leading and coordinating end-to-end projects to support and develop listing activities across Euronext markets, with a focus on Equity. in line with Euronext’s project management methodology, from initiation to operational go-live. 

  • Acting as a central coordinator for project management activities in the Admissions department, including detailed planning, resource allocation, risk management and budgeting. 

  • Driving business workstreams by defining deliverables, owners, deadlines and quality criteria, drafting minutes and ensuring actions are followed up. For transversal projects, you will set up and run project governance, prepare presentations and materials,  

  • Supporting business development initiatives with operational implications. Projects will mainly require skills and expertise on the market infrastructure functioning for Cash Equity instruments (listing, trading and post-trade). 

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners stakeholders (intermediaries, custodians…) to ensure seamless execution when impacted by listing initiatives. 

 

Examples of Projects 

Projects span business, operational and infrastructure topics. Examples of past/current projects include: 

  • Implementation of Equity multi-currency trading across Euronext markets 

  • Integration of new markets into Primary Markets operational processes (e.g. Athens or Borsa Italiana integration across admissions, rules and fee structures) 

  • Digital transformation initiatives, including onboarding platforms (e.g. MyEuronext) and compliance/process automation 

  • Development and rollout of cross-market frameworks such as listing policies or fee harmonisation initiatives 

 

Skills and qualifications 

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Economics or a related field. 

  • At least five years of operational experience in financial markets  

  • Strong understanding of equity market structure, including how secondary markets operate 

  • Knowledge on internal IT systems is a plus (MyEuronext, Plug/Matrix, Optiq, IDS) 

  • Minimum five years’ experience involved in complex projects end-to-end. 

  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple topics in parallel in a matrix environment operating effectively across business and operational topics.

Join Euronext Market Services (EMS) as a Market Analyst within the Cash Market Operations team in Paris. EMS is the front line in ensuring fair and orderly markets across Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, Dublin, Oslo and Paris, with operational centres in Amsterdam and Paris. In this role, you will help safeguard the integrity, transparency and smooth operation of trading activities on Euronext’s financial markets.


Market Surveillance Officers are spread across Amsterdam and Paris, and are cross-trained on Cash & Derivatives to mainly:

Key missions :
•    Monitor all trading activities across Euronext financial markets (equities, bonds, derivatives, etc.) in real-time to identify potential market abuse, manipulation, or violations of trading rules. 
•    Analyze market anomalies, price fluctuations, trading volumes, and other key indicators to detect risks of malfunction or non-compliance with market rules. 
•    Review activity reports and alerts generated by surveillance systems, performing in-depth investigations to understand the underlying causes of incidents or irregularities.
•    Perform all necessary functional checks throughout the day to ensure a smooth running of the market.
•    Collaborate with compliance teams and external regulators to investigate potential breaches of market rules and assist in implementing corrective actions. 
•    Prepare detailed reports on detected incidents, provide recommendations for improving surveillance processes, and contribute to periodic regulatory reports.
•    Stay up to date with the latest financial regulations and standards (e.g., MiFID II, MAR) and ensure surveillance practices are aligned with regulatory changes. 
•    Continuously look to improve & optimize our processes and various operational activities to increase the effectiveness and value we deliver to clients. 

Key Accountabilities

Background / Education

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution, exchange, or market regulatory authority.

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) - a 3rd language, while not mandatory, would constitute an advantage

Join Euronext as an IT Tech Lead

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets?

We are looking for a Tech Lead (.NET) to join the Euronext Corporate Solutions Governance Services team. The position will be based in Porto and start and you will report to the Software Development Manager.

Euronext Corporate Solutions is a fast-growing division supporting over 4,500 clients, including listed and private companies, advisors and public organisations. Our team of 170 professionals across Europe delivers digital solutions for governance, investor relations, communication and compliance. We help organisations run more efficiently, meet regulatory requirements and engage with their stakeholders.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Serving as the technical lead on complex .NET projects, owning delivery, quality and scalability
  • Leading the technical execution of a squad or cross-functional team, mentoring junior engineers and supporting developers with technical issues, architectural choices and coding challenges
  • Providing hands-on technical guidance, helping developers resolve blockers and develop their skills
  • Architecting robust, scalable and cost-efficient end-to-end solutions in cloud computing, tailored to client needs
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and delivery timelines
  • Prioritising and facilitating the early resolution of client issues, ensuring adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conducting code reviews, contributing to critical feature designs and ensuring the overall quality of team deliverables
  • Identifying and documenting technical debt and areas for improvement, ensuring these are considered in planning
  • Implementing robust documentation for knowledge base, onboarding, knowledge transfer and communication in software development activities

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
  • At least seven years’ hands-on experience in software development, with a minimum of five years in .NET
  • Proven experience as a technical leader or informal mentor within a team; direct management experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure, microservices architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js or Angular is a strong plus
  • Experience in iOS or Android development is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of security best practices for APIs and data privacy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies and commitment to driving Agile practices within the team
  • Comfortable with DevOps practices, including configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, infrastructure as code and deployment patterns
  • Demonstrated success in building, developing and leading high-performance software engineering teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices, and integrating relevant learnings into the team’s workflow

We are looking for an Microsoft security & AI engineer to join our Security Ai Operations team in Porto office where you will have the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure AI systems built on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot agent frameworks. You will be the primary owner of AI-specific security controls, responsible for safeguarding model pipelines, agentic workflows, and enterprise data from emerging threats in the generative AI landscape.

Relevant Experience and Requirements:  

  • A proven track record of successfully managing Microsoft cybersecurity tools. 
  • Demonstrated expertise within this stack 
  • Familiarity with industry-standard cyber security frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements. 
  • Strong communication and reporting skills to facilitate effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; 
  • Good level of written and spoken English; 
  • Understanding of Cyber Security concepts and areas. 
  • Relevant Certifications like AZ-500 or SC-200/100

De Stage: Juridische Afdeling Amsterdam

De juridische afdeling van Euronext Amsterdam werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen in binnen Euronext. Als student‑stagiair(e) draai je volledig mee met het team en werk je aan uiteenlopende dossiers die raken aan financieel rechtelijke, ondernemingsrechtelijke, markttoezicht, corporate governance, en regulatoire vraagstukken.
