Role Summary

The Junior Product Coordinator will support the Head of Product Coordination in managing and organising the various tasks required by the launch of new initiatives, including both internal initiatives within Euronext Group and the ones arising from external entities. Support in detecting and addressing assessments of new initiatives to the correct stakeholders and throughout the product life cycle. The Junior Product Coordinator, hence, will have a transversal visibility on the new initiatives ranging on a variety of asset classes (such as Fixed Income, Cash Equity, Derivatives) and functions (mainly Clearing, but also Trading and Settlement).

The Junior Product Coordinator will collaborate with the rest of the Strategy & Product Development team, leveraging on project management expertise and financial industry understanding.

Key accountabilities

  • Support in detecting the interdependencies between the CCP and other entities internal and/or external to the Euronext Group which may lead to impacts on Euronext Clearing;
  • Support in monitoring the overall portfolio of new initiatives;
  • Support in coordinating and planning the activities within the Strategy & Product Development team and other stakeholders, if necessary;

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years’ of working experience, preferably in Project Management or in Product development;

Key Accountabilities:

 

Client Onboarding

  • Capture client requirements for analysis, in preparation for future onboarding and service implementation.
  • Verify requirements for client participation, including AML, anti-terrorism, and other Group procedures.
  • Prepare supporting materials to guide and train clients during their onboarding, maintenance and offboarding journeys.
  • Create and maintain internal procedures detailing relevant onboarding tasks.

Tax Expertise

  • Support the preparation, execution and reconciliation for Foreign Taxes.
  • Support the preparation and execution of the tax reclaims requested by the clients in the markets where ES offers the service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding fiscal matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on fiscal policies, regulations, and procedures to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex fiscal issues and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest fiscal regulations (France and Italy being an advantage) and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.

Daily Account Maintenance

  • Manage and update the registry and database for the provision of services and client invoicing.
  • Manage participation in the national network used by the banks and the outsourced technology providers.
  • Assess operational risks and constantly monitor containment measures in accordance with group policies.
  • In accordance with a applicable regulations and anti-money laundering procedures, monitor and identify and report suspicious situations.
  • Support clients on issues related to methods of participation in services.
  • Coordinate updates of client documentation and ensure it is published on the company website.
  • Sending applicable market/operational notices.
  • Manage and monitor the process of issuing information reports to interested clients.
  • Handle admission of financial instruments that can be centralised.
  • Verify securities admission eligibility, both from a regulatory and an operational perspective.

 

Relationship Management

  • Act as an interface between non-tier 1 clients and internal implementation/project teams, ensuring client requirements are accurately considered and implemented
  • Manage non-tier 1 client needs and requests on an ongoing basis, ensure that the necessary requirements for Custody and Settlement functions are properly understood and that issues are correctly addressed and managed

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business management or finance.
  • Professional experience in securities services, preferably gained in a custodian banking environment and with exposure to taxation matters.
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in a client facing role is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. Any other European language (e.g. French, Italian and/or Dutch) will be considered an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently, potentially including extended stays.
  • Demonstrated ability perform well, keep composure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transforming and results-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.

Working environment

Team

Euronext Paris events team is composed of a Head of Events, an Event manager as well as a Communication and Events administrator. In the framework of Euronext marketing and communication strategy, the team is responsible of the organization of +/- 250 events per year.

The team members work in close collaboration with the following departments:  marketing, institutional communication, internal communication, human resources as well as with the management of the company. Paris team also exchanges on a daily basis with event managers based in the other Euronext locations. The events team reports to the Group Head of Events.

Events and projects

Events organized by Euronext are at the heart of the group’s marketing and communication strategy.

The Junior Event Officer will assist the team in the organization of major events such as :

  • Academic campuses for pre-IPO programs

  • European conferences

  • Local workshops

  • Internal initiatives

In a more autonomous manner,  the apprentice will also asked to help to organize events such as :

  • IPO ceremonies

The missions will be organized into two major categories :

Organization of physical, hybrid and virtual events

Ahead of the event

  • Suggest events concepts to our clients with the help of the manager

  • Validate with internal customers the main stakes of the event

  • Prepare guests lists and ensure data reporting

  • Manage the sending of invitations and communication emailing

  • Select the appropriate suppliers (venue, caterer, signage, animations, etc.) and prepare the related negotiations

  • Prepare presentation materials

  • Create online and offline visuals in close collaboration with a communication agency

  • Ensure the follow-up of deliverables before the event

  • Prepare all the materials needed for a smooth running of the event

  • Help to design and to set up booths for multiple tradeshows

During the event

  • Brief all the suppliers involved in the event

  • Represent the company to our external clients

  • Ensure the smooth running of the event

After the event

  • Prepare post-mortem analysis of events: attendance reporting, analysis of satisfaction questionnaires, etc.

  • Create post-event communications: best-of videos, emailing campaigns, etc.

  • Manage post-event logistics

Management of communication projects

You will also have to intervene on various missions such as:

  • Help on the integration of new Euronext entities

Position Overview
Euronext is seeking a dynamic and experienced senior Python Data Engineer to drive the development and calculation of indices using the Dataiku platform.

As part of our strategic growth, you will join an agile team of three professionals embedded within the Index business, supporting the development of indices and related analytics. Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with a proven ability to design and implement scalable data solutions.

  • Extensive experience working with large and complex datasets in Python, utilizing libraries such as pandas or Polars for data processing and analysis.

  • Strong foundation in software engineering best practices, including clean code, version control, automated testing, and workflow automation.

  • Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools and/or Dataiku is considered a strong advantage.
