  • Monitoring Clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution; investors’ CRM management, road books, …) and producing Clients periodic market updates and listing reports; 
  • Participating to the evolution of the services’ content by identifying Clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions – contribution in delivering Shareholder Analysis reports and support on ESG Advisory clients - and of other Corporate Solutions;
  • Contributing to the business development effort by preparing advisory pitches, reporting activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates) and participating to the preparation of marketing events and contents such as webinars, sectorial barometers...
  • Participating to meeting with Clients after few months of training, based on the learning curve

Your Profile: 

  • Young professional with proven experience in the financial markets industry and strong academic credentials
  • Previous experience related to Equity Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations required (including investment banking, equity research, equity sales, equity trading, consultancy, in-house IR)
  • Applicants with professional references will be prioritized
  • An interest in the Italian economic system would be a plus, willingness to strengthen knowledge of financial markets

IR Advisory

Within the Euronext Corporate Solutions department, the Advisory & IR Solutions team is in charge of assisting executive management of listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets, providing them high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics: shareholders identification and targeting, understanding of investors’ perception and expectations, leveraging their listing with market experts, “360° listing diagnostic”, improving equity-story and preparing access to investors and capital. 

Key accountabilities
• Work with team-based risk coordinators, produce risk profiles with the business and facilitate management responses, presenting these to senior managers as required.
• Support management in Business and Support Functions by identifying, analyzing and advising on mitigation and risks
• Develop, manage and monitor key risk indicators and promote risk awareness across the Euronext Group.

Job profile

The Brand & Content team is part of the wider Communications team, which provides support to all of Euronext’s businesses including Trading, Listings, Information Services, Post Trade (clearing and settlement) and Corporate Solutions.

The Communications team itself is made up of various distinct functions, based across the Euronext Group locations in Amsterdam, Athens, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, Lisbon, London, Milan, Oslo and Paris:

1.    Brand & Content – managing the Euronext brand and overseeing the branded materials and content we produce across the business to ensure that branding and messaging is consistent when they promote their products and services to clients and prospects. The Brand & Content team currently has employees in Paris, London and Copenhagen, and the manager of the team is based in Paris.

2.    Events – we have events staff across our locations, managing approx. 900 events and conferences every year.

3.    Media team – responsible for relations with the media and for press releases, interviews, etc

4.    Web & Digital– looking after the Euronext suite of websites covering the Group and its subsidiaries

5.    Internal communications – responsible for the execution of Euronext’s internal communication strategy, in line with the organisation’s global communication strategy and plans.

This role supports the Editorial & Content Manager,  based in London, as well as the wider Brand & Content team.

Key accountabilities:

The Editorial Intern will support the Brand & Content team, particularly with editorial reviews of content but also with general team support.   

Editorial review

  • Review texts in English written by both native and non-native speakers to ensure
    • they are in keeping with Euronext house style and messaging
    • they have the highest quality of English – including a rigorous proofread to avoid errors, bad grammar, but also to improve understanding and ensure texts are easy to read and concise.

These texts can be for brochures, webpages, technical client communications, press releases

  • Monitor the editorial review mailbox

Brand & Content

  • Assist in the development and launch of content campaigns (print and digital): developing different types of content (videos, infographics, brochures, etc.) and liaising with our design agency

  • Regular updating of the website connected to brand activities. Help optimise website content and coordinate with local marketing team

Job Profile

The Network & Security Solutions Engineer is accountable for infrastructure design, delivery, maintenance and support of On-Premises Networks and Cloud AWS Networks, including security environment.

The network & Security Solutions engineer participates in the Network and Security technology design and conceptualization in collaboration with the other teams contributing to the improvement of the IaaS model.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the maintenance of network solutions to enable effective management of business and technical requirements for all corporate and Data Centre networks.
  • Manage third party suppliers for operational effectiveness and to influence design decisions to ensure maximum business benefit is obtained from the network infrastructure.

  • Juniper knowledge to JNCIP or JNCIE level on EX, MX, QFX and J series platforms. Same level on Cisco such as CCNP or CCIE level.
  • Understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure, such as structured cabling, power distribution, cooling.

  • This intern role will be within the Admissions department who have responsibility for admitting bonds and funds to the markets of Euronext Dublin. It is an interesting and challenging role, which requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, as well as an ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key accountabilities
• Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.
• Apply ENX and EU regulatory standards to listing/trading applications on a robust, timely and consistent basis.
• Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt/fund securities to listing and trading on ENX markets.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications.
• Liaise with the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters related to listing and prospectuses.
• Support policy development, including ENX rule books and delivery of regulatory solutions to ENX customers.

Your profile
• Previous experience at a legal, financial services or transferable firm.
• Strong analytical skills, as well as excellent written and communication skills.

• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English; while French is an advantage
