Role Overview

Euronext is looking for a Product Manager to join its Financial Derivatives team in London. The role will focus on driving the development and growth of derivatives products, with a strong emphasis on Fixed Income Derivatives and, ideally, exposure to Equity Derivatives.

The development of Fixed Income derivatives is a strategic priority for Euronext, making this a high-impact and visible role within the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the product offering by leveraging Euronext’s unique value chain, built on a broad set of integrated market infrastructure assets across trading, clearing and post-trade services.

This is a rare opportunity to build and scale new product capabilities from the ground up. The role requires a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving innovation and developing solutions that do not yet exist in the market.

You will act as the bridge between clients, trading participants, and internal teams to define, design and deliver high-impact product innovations across trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and development of new derivatives products, from early-stage ideation to market launch and scaling
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligned with strategic priorities and market opportunities
  • Engage with clients, dealers and internal stakeholders to identify unmet needs, industry trends and innovation opportunities

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in financial markets, with a strong focus on Fixed Income Derivatives
  • Solid understanding of electronic trading platforms and derivatives market structure
  • Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or technology delivery roles
  • Demonstrated experience in building or launching new products, features or platforms

Join us as an Operational Resilience & Crisis Officer within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of more than 40 professionals in risk, business continuity management, internal control and compliance, located across our various geographies. The team is dedicated to preserving the company’s value, assets and reputation by identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, raising awareness, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Within this department, the Operational Risk & Business Continuity Management (BCM) team acts as the second line of defence for IT, cybersecurity, human resources, procurement and other transversal departments, while maintaining business continuity maturity across the group. You will be based in or Porto office interacting with stakeholders in all Euronext entities, including Paris, Milan, Oslo, New York, Dublin and Copenhagen.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Euronext Group Resilience Framework, ensuring alignment with group policies and regulatory requirements (including DORA and ISO 22301).
  • Collaborating with BCM Managers across all Euronext entities to maintain a consistent and efficient approach to resilience.
  • Participating in financial sector and local authority working groups to align Euronext’s practices with industry standards.
  • Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaigns and supporting the update of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).

Your profile

  • Higher education in risk management, crisis management, geopolitics, political sciences, cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a related role.
  • Entry-level knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity concepts and business continuity management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with standards and best practices such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Understanding of financial regulation (e.g. MiFID, DORA, NIS 2) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (daily use); French is an asset.

Within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of more than 40 talented professionals in Risk, Business Continuity Management, Internal Control and Compliance, spread across our various geographies, is ensuring to preserve the value assets and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.

In this department, Group Resilience, Operational and Technology Risk Team is covering the second line of defense function on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Risk, including Data, IT, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity and Third‑Party risk for the Group. The team also ensures the continuous strengthening of ICT Risk Management and Digital Operational Resilience maturity across the Group. We are seeking a proactive and structured IT and Cybersecurity Risk Manager to enhance our capacity to identify, assess and monitor the main ICT and operational risk drivers arising from both internal and external environments, including geopolitical tensions, market dependencies, technological disruption, AI evolution and emerging cyber threats. An important focus will be on forward‑looking risk assessments and the integration of emerging threats into the ICT risk framework.

You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and overseeing ICT Risk across the Group, working closely with a broad community of key experts, including Risk Managers, Business Continuity Managers, IT and Cybersecurity specialists, and Data and Innovation teams.

You will actively contribute to the definition, consolidation and reporting of the Group ICT Risk Profile, supporting senior management oversight and informed decision-making related to digital and operational resilience, taking into consideration internal maturity and also external context (cyber threat intelligence outputs, analysis of geopolitical, physical and climate-related risks)

You will support the deployment of the Digital Operational Resilience Strategy and actively contribute to support the team in AI risk assessment.

You will work closely with the teams to ensure that the risk culture is well spread in the organisation and that the proper mitigation actions are developed and maintain to limit the risk while considering business priorities.

You will also optimize ICT risk tools, methodologies and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the Group.

Key Accountabilities

We are looking for a motivated person to join the Group Risk team. You will support the team in strengthening the Group’s ICT risk management framework and Digital Operational Resilience Strategy across all Euronext entities.

You will contribute to the development of local ICT and operational risk profiles within Euronext entities and support transversal, Group‑level risk analyses.

Mains activities are:

Threat intelligence; Emerging Risk

  • Support the preparation of regular monitoring and analysis of the external risk environment, including emerging ICT and operational risks.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a market structure professional who wants to shape how ETFs are traded across one of Europe's leading exchanges.

About the ETF market structure and strategy team

The team sits at the intersection of market microstructure, quantitative research and client strategy. Operating across Paris, Milan and London, we define the trading experience for one of Europe's fastest-growing asset classes. Our mandate includes:

  • Setting the standard for ETF market quality and trading experience on Euronext

  • Architecting market making programmes and fee structures to attract and retain top-tier liquidity providers

  • Developing proprietary liquidity research and order book analytics

  • Building and stewarding relationships with sophisticated trading participants in Europe, including global banks, market makers and proprietary trading firms

  • Leading business development initiatives to expand Euronext's ETF offering and bring innovative trading solutions to market

The role

As ETF liquidity manager, you will own the liquidity agenda for the platform, from designing pricing schemes and supervising quantitative research, to leading client engagement with senior decision-makers at top-tier institutions. You will serve as Euronext's market structure authority, representing the company in front of demanding, high-profile counterparts. You will work closely with business development, quant and product teams.

You will be primarily responsible for: 

1. Market quality and liquidity strategy

  • Analyse order book dynamics and trading member behaviour, translating data into strategic insights to improve ETF liquidity

  • Lead competitive benchmarking and market quality assessments to sharpen Euronext's positioning and drive continuous improvement

  • Act as the internal centre of expertise on ETF liquidity, guiding adjacent teams and informing product and commercial decisions

2. Pricing and programme architecture

  • Design and evolve competitive fee structures and market making programmes aligned with Euronext's strategic positioning

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of pricing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across billing and trading systems

  • Build robust business cases to support pricing changes and deliver measurable value for clients and the platform

5. Client and stakeholder engagement

  • Lead high-stakes interactions with liquidity providers and trading participants

  • Craft and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives for senior management, clients and industry forums

  • Partner with business development to convert market quality insights into differentiated client propositions

4. Innovation and feature deployment

  • Lead the rollout and adoption of advanced trading functionalities, including enhancements and new liquidity mechanisms

  • Define and deliver deployment strategies, coordinate stakeholders and drive adoption among key market participants

5. Quantitative leadership and collaboration

  • Frame business needs as well-defined quantitative problems

  • Supervise and develop the quant analyst, defining priorities and ensuring modelling outputs are robust, relevant and operationally actionable

  • Integrate quantitative insights into pricing decisions, strategies and client materials

Your profile

  • At least seven years’ experience in ETF trading, liquidity management or market structure, ideally gained at an exchange, asset manager, bank, market maker or proprietary trading firm

  • Deep command of electronic trading, order book dynamics and ETF market microstructure

  • Established credibility with sophisticated market participants; comfortable engaging at senior and C-suite level on both commercial and technical topics

  • Sharp analytical mind, able to turn complex market dynamics into clear, actionable strategies; quantitative skills valued, but deep modelling expertise is not required

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives autonomously, owning outcomes end-to-end

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to tailor complex content to diverse audiences

  • Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Quant Business Analyst to join the ETF team. The position will be based in Paris. You will report to the Head of ETF Market Structure & Strategy. You will be joining a multicultural team based in Paris and with strong connections across Euronext location such as Milan and London !

The ETF Team is tasked with the following mission:

  • Maximize the yield, market share and revenue of Euronext ETF trading business.

  • Management of trading fees and market making programs.

  • Order book analysis and ETF market quality research.

  • Client relationship with key trading participants such as global banks, retail brokers, market makers, prop trading firms.

  • Business development projects for the expansion of ETF product offering and for the implementation of innovative ways to trade ETF on Euronext trading venues.

You will primarily be responsible for: ​ 

Leading the quantitative analysis, simulation models, coordination with IT resources and development of software tools available to the ETF Team. Specifically:

  • Scenario analysis and simulation models for the optimization of trading fees initiatives, across different clusters of trading members.

  • Innovate pricing strategy for ETF clients via segmentation or new trading fee propositions, with the objective to maximize yield extraction while capturing additional trading volumes.

  • Engagement with the IT infrastructure (connectivity, trading platform, market data) to run analysis of trading members’ activity and to coordinate project management developments.

  • Adoption of tools available to the team (in-house or third-party) to further refine the software, reports, dashboards and outputs to drive business decisions.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent academic background in Computer Science or Data Science. Degree in Math, Statistics, or Finance with software development skills are also very welcome.

  • Experience in Software development and coding skills: Python and VBA are required. Knowledge of C++ strongly recommended.

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to solve problems and work effectively with tight time constraint. Project management experience is a plus

  • Knowledge about financial markets are strong added values.

  • Team player

  • Fluency in English, another E.U. langage is a plus (French or Italian)
