Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Data & Automation team. The position will be based in Milan. You will report to the Head of Data & Automation.

You will be mainly responsible for supporting day-to-day data analysis and data management activities. Utilising analytics and technical skills to assist in building and maintaining data solutions to address business problems. Helping ensure the quality of data communicated to clients and engage in initiatives to implement relevant analysis contents.

Role Summary

The Junior Product Coordinator will support the Head of Product Coordination in managing and organising the various tasks required by the launch of new initiatives, including both internal initiatives within Euronext Group and the ones arising from external entities. Support in detecting and addressing assessments of new initiatives to the correct stakeholders and throughout the product life cycle. The Junior Product Coordinator, hence, will have a transversal visibility on the new initiatives ranging on a variety of asset classes (such as Fixed Income, Cash Equity, Derivatives) and functions (mainly Clearing, but also Trading and Settlement).

The Junior Product Coordinator will collaborate with the rest of the Strategy & Product Development team, leveraging on project management expertise and financial industry understanding.

Key accountabilities

  • Support in detecting the interdependencies between the CCP and other entities internal and/or external to the Euronext Group which may lead to impacts on Euronext Clearing;
  • Support in monitoring the overall portfolio of new initiatives;
  • Support in coordinating and planning the activities within the Strategy & Product Development team and other stakeholders, if necessary;
  • Drafting documents/presentations/reporting and other deliverables ;
  • Organise meetings.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years’ of working experience, preferably in Project Management or in Product development;
  • Experience in working in an international and culturally diverse organisation;
  • Experience in clearing is a plus.

Skills:

  • Mastering of English as a working language is a must;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – working with teams from various locations and departments, and interacting with varying levels of seniority across the organization;
  • Excellent oral and written communication, capable of interacting effectively with business product experts;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Proactive and willing to expand the business knowledge;
  • Knowledge of financial markets;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
