Hvad får du?

Vi tilbyder en god arbejdsplads i et uformelt miljø, hvor der er travlt og stort fokus på professionalisme. Vi forestiller os, at din arbejdsuge vil være på ca. 15 timer, fordelt på to til tre vagter mellem 7:50 og 16:05. Du koordinerer dine vagter i samarbejde med vores øvrige studenter. I eksamensperioder er vi naturligvis fleksible, men vi ser helst, at du arbejder minimum én gang om ugen. I ferieperioder og ved sygdom har du mulighed for at arbejde lidt ekstra.

What do you get?

We offer a good workplace in an informal and sometimes busy environment,

with a strong focus on professionalism. We imagine that your work week will be

approximately 15 hours, divided into two to three shifts between 7:50 am and

4:05 pm. You coordinate your shifts in collaboration with our other students.

During exam periods, we are of course flexible, but we prefer that you work at

least once a week. During holiday periods and in case of illness, you have the

opportunity to work a little extra.

We are looking for a student to join the Nordic Issuance and Corporate Actions Operations team in a 40% position, starting as soon as possible. 

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Business Continuity Specialist to join our Business Operations team. The position will be based in Copenhagen and you will report to the Head of Nordic Business Operations.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Executing and continuously improving the business continuity management (BCM) framework across Euronext Securities Copenhagen (ES-CPH)
• Running data classification, business impact analyses and criticality assessments for key processes and systems
• Maintaining BCM templates, procedures and documentation in line with group and sector standards
• Planning and running continuity tests and exercises, following up on findings and actions
• Delivering BCM training and awareness sessions for staff and process owners
• Participating in sector working groups and contributing to regulatory reporting

Your profile:

• One to three years’ experience in business continuity, operational risk or IT service continuity
• Working knowledge of DORA and Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (DFSA) requirements for financial market infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with business impact analyses, data classification and continuity testing
• Structured documentation skills and comfort with templates and standards
• Strong collaboration skills across business, IT and compliance teams
• Fluent Danish is a requirement
• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum in a relevant field is preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) are an advantage

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Senior Business Continuity Manager to join our Euronext Securities Copenhagen Business Operations team. The position is based in Copenhagen and you will report to our Head of Nordic Business Operations.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Owning the design and production of internal and sector playbooks, governance and contingency plans
• Updating business continuity management (BCM) and disaster recovery (DR) plans to meet Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (DFSA) expectations and align local, group and sector frameworks
• Leading scenario mapping, interdependency analysis and testing of contingency plans
• Contributing to the crisis communication stream, including frameworks and templates
• Representing Euronext Securities Copenhagen in sector working groups and towards DFSA, Danish National Bank (DN), Financial Infrastructure Data Agency (FiDA) and clients
• Reporting to the steering committee and recommending the future business-as-usual setup

Your profile:

• Minimum three years’ experience in business continuity, risk or crisis management, ideally within financial market infrastructure or banking
• Strong knowledge of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), DFSA expectations and central securities depository (CSD) regulatory requirements
• Proven track record in building BCM frameworks, business impact analyses (BIAs) and disaster recovery plans
• Experience leading workshops and scenario-based testing across organisations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with authorities, clients and senior management
• Fluent Danish is a requirement
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are highly desirable
