Euronext Brussels is looking for an analyst intern to join the dynamic Listing/Corporate Services team in Belgium as from December 2021.

Main responsibilities will include the preparation of sector- and company-specific analyses, the modelling of market monitoring tools, as well as working on cross-team projects with the other Euronext locations.

Working together with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping to execute a comprehensive marketing & lead generation strategy across the different products of Euronext Corporate Services in all geographies. He/she will assist with the implementation of online and offline marketing actions to increase market awareness and drive sales for all current and future Corporate Services. 


Key responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the creation and updates of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations etc.),  and content assets (e-books, white papers, infographics etc.) ensuring consistency, accuracy and quality

Your profile

We are looking for a super motivated profile with the following skills to help us further accelerate the growth of Euronext Corporate Services:   

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high growth business or start-up environment, preferably in a B2B environment and/or in the financial sector

SATURN Application permits to report trades to regulators to be compliant with MIFID2.
Members have many ways to report (files, GUI, API Rest).
Some new developments are needed to improve and adjust MIFID2 rules.

    The Primary markets team covers the needs of issuers across Equity, Debt & Funds. We manage the relationships with listed companies, IPO candidates, bond and fund issuers, and members of the financial ecosystem (law firms, investment banks, regulators, etc.).     Key Accountabilities

    Within the Marketing & Lead Generation department based in Brussels, Amsterdam, Dublin, Lisbon, Oslo, Madrid, London, the marketing officer will contribute to the delivery of the annual marketing plan of the Equity, Debt & Funds business lines and Euronext’s global strategy. He/she will be in charge of boosting the visibility and profile of the Euronext listing franchise across Europe. More specifically, the marketing officer will:

    • Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns to support the Equity, Debt and Funds commercial strategies;

    The Portfolio Management team currently comprises 3 people, 2 based in Paris and the Head in London, who reports to the Head of Integration and Portfolio Management.  The role of the team is to provide both control and support to the Group’s project managers as they aim to deliver Euronext’s portfolio of projects.  The team is also responsible for the provision of portfolio-wide reports to key Governance bodies including the Managing Board.  The successful candidate will work with the whole team.

    Key Accountabilities

    Working with the Portfolio Management Office in Paris in particular, the successful candidate will be part of Euronext Portfolio Management Office (PMO). He/she will focus particularly but not exclusively on:

    • Organising an interactive half-day meeting online for the entire ENXT PM Community;
    • Supporting the transition as we work with IT to increase the level of process automation (e.g. for the submission of Initiative requests to PMO, monthly project reporting);
    • Helping to maintain the Group Project Management application (PM App) and related document repository (SharePoint) and in particular maintaining key logs on behalf of the PMO Team;
