Euronext share repurchase programme of €250 million

On 6 November 2025, Euronext announced a share repurchase programme for a maximum amount of €250 million.

This programme will be carried out in accordance with the conditions of the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Euronext on 15 May 2025.

Repurchase of 101,000 shares as part of Euronext Long-Term Incentive plan

On 22 September 2025, Euronext announced that it has completed the repurchase of 101,000 of its own shares at an average share price of €137.75.

This repurchase programme was implemented and directed by an independent agent from 4 September 2025 to 19 September 2025.

This programme was carried out in accordance with the conditions of the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Euronext on 15 May 2025.

Euronext share repurchase programme of €300 million

On 7 November 2024, Euronext announced a share repurchase programme for a maximum amount of €300 million.

This repurchase programme was implemented and directed by an independent agent between 11 November 2024 and 10 March 2025.

This programme was carried out in accordance with the conditions of the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Euronext on 15 May 2024.

The General Meeting will be requested during the 2025 Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2025 to authorise the Managing Board of the Company to confirm the cancellation by way of withdrawal of the shares that were purchased under the share repurchase programme. If approved, the resolution to this effect of the Managing Board will be deposited at the trade register and announced in a national newspaper for a period of 2 months following the announcement.

The repurchased shares will be excluded from the payment of the dividend.

Repurchase of 100,000 shares as part of Euronext Long-Term Incentive plan

On 5 June 2024, Euronext announced that it will repurchase 100,000 of its own shares as part of its Long-term Incentive plans. 

This repurchase programme was implemented and directed by an independent agent from 6 June 2024 to 21 June 2024.

This programme was carried out in accordance with the conditions of the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Euronext on 15 May 2024.

On 31 July 31 2015 Euronext has entered into a discretionary management agreement with a bank to repurchase Euronext shares within the limits of relevant laws and regulations (in particular EC Regulation 2273/2003) and the Euronext articles of association to cover Euronext’s outstanding obligations resulting from employee share plans for 2014 and 2015.
