Norwegian Investor Relations Association (NIRF) and Oslo Børs invite to a webinar on MAR and digital general meetings on Wednesday 2 June. Oslo Børs and Finanstilsynet will address primary insiders and the duty to disclosure inside information after MAR entered into force.
