Euronext NV. and its subsidiaries are committed to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies and believe that the ability of employees and third parties to report a breach or suspected breach of any law, regulations, or company policies is a vital component to achieve this goal.
The Euronext Whistleblower Policy enables all employees of the Euronext Group as well as third parties to report alleged breaches encountered in a work-related context. It also ensures that proper reporting channels and procedures for internal reporting and follow-up are established.
Reporting your concerns
If you become aware of any suspected or actual misconduct, unethical behaviour or breaches of our policies, laws or regulations, you can report your concerns through any of our reporting channels:
- Use our reporting portal: https://euronext.integrity.complylog.com, a secure reporting channel that allows anonymous reporting.
- Contact the Euronext Compliance Department at wb@euronext.com.
- You may contact the Chairman of the Euronext Supervisory Board in case the alleged breach relates to a member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V.
- Employees may speak directly to their management.
The Euronext Whistleblower Policy does not preclude any individual from direct reporting to competent authorities designated under applicable law or reporting publicly, and a reporter who in good faith chooses to make such external reporting in the circumstances permitted by local laws will be protected in accordance with our Policy and shall not suffer any form of retaliation.
Whistleblower reports should typically concern suspected wrongdoing, unethical behaviour, or illegal activities occurring within or involving Euronext. Breaches or suspected breaches committed exclusively by third parties like clients or other business partners, without any involvement of Euronext or its employees, are outside the scope of the Euronext Whistleblower Policy and its reporting channels.
Confidentiality and non-retaliation
Please be assured that all reports are treated with the strictest confidentiality. Euronext is committed to protecting anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith, and does not tolerate any form of retaliation, including attempts or threats of retaliation, or adverse treatment against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. While Euronext will take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of external reporters, its ability to prevent retaliation outside its organisation may be limited.
