At Euronext, we believe diversity and inclusion are essential to building stronger markets, better decision-making and a more sustainable financial ecosystem. As the leading European capital market infrastructure, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture grounded in equal opportunity, respect and collaboration, while creating an environment where all colleagues can thrive and contribute fully.

We see diversity in all its forms as a key strength of our federal model and long-term strategy. Through our initiatives, partnerships and internal communities, we aim to promote greater inclusion across the financial industry, support underrepresented groups and help shape a more equitable future for our employees, clients and the wider financial community.

Our diversity and inclusion initiatives include partnerships focused on expanding access to education and leadership opportunities, celebrations of International Women’s Day, initiatives supporting the LGBTIQ+ community, and events designed to strengthen representation and dialogue across the financial sector.

International Women’s Day

Each year, Euronext marks International Women’s Day through initiatives that celebrate women’s achievements, foster dialogue on gender equality and encourage greater representation across financial markets. Across our geographies, colleagues, partners and clients come together to support a more inclusive and balanced financial ecosystem.

In March 2026, Euronext joined exchanges worldwide in the annual Ring the Bell for Gender Equality initiative alongside the International Finance Corporation, the Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, UN Women and the World Federation of Exchanges. Activities across the Group included internal events, discussions and awareness initiatives focused on advancing gender equality and supporting women in finance.

As women continue to shape the financial ecosystem as investors, decision-makers, entrepreneurs and market participants, Euronext remains committed to helping create an industry where everyone has equal access to opportunities and leadership pathways.

Euronext Women in Trading

Euronext Women in Trading is an initiative designed to support greater representation, dialogue and networking opportunities for women across trading and financial markets. Since its launch in 2024, the event series has brought together professionals from across the industry to exchange insights, share experiences and explore the future of finance.

The initiative reflects Euronext’s commitment to empowering women and fostering a more inclusive financial ecosystem. Organised in partnership with organisations including Equileap and Women in Finance France, recent editions have explored themes such as artificial intelligence in financial markets, innovation, leadership and the evolving role of technology across the industry.

Through Women in Trading, Euronext aims to create a platform that encourages collaboration, supports professional development and highlights the important contributions women continue to make across global financial markets.

INSEAD-Euronext Endowed Scholarship for Women

INSEAD is committed to expanding access to world-class education and leadership opportunities for talented women from underprivileged backgrounds. Through the INSEAD-Euronext Endowed Scholarship for Women, the school supports female MBA candidates with strong academic credentials who have overcome significant personal and financial challenges in their pursuit of higher education.

Established in perpetuity, the scholarship reflects a shared commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, while helping empower the next generation of female leaders in business and finance. The first scholarships will be awarded in 2026 to students joining the 2027 MBA cohort.

LGBTIQ+ Inclusion and IDAHOBIT

Euronext is committed to fostering a workplace culture grounded in inclusion, respect and equal opportunity for all. As part of this commitment, Euronext participates in initiatives that support the LGBTIQ+ community and encourage open dialogue around inclusion in the workplace.

In 2026, Euronext joined stock exchanges around the world for the second consecutive year in the global “Ring the Bell for LGBTIQ+ Equality” initiative organised in recognition of the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT). Ring the Bell ceremonies and local activities were held across several Euronext locations, alongside networking events, webinars and awareness initiatives designed to promote discussion and engagement around inclusion and diversity topics.

By supporting initiatives such as IDAHOBIT, Euronext continues to reinforce its commitment to creating professional environments where all employees feel respected, supported and empowered to succeed.
