Dear client,

Post-trade in Europe is changing - and we are building it together.

Since the start of 2026, the pace of delivery across Euronext Securities has accelerated considerably. I wanted to take a moment to share what we have achieved, what is coming next, and - most importantly - to thank you for being part of it.

New platforms, live and growing

In Portugal, we have extended our new Corporate Actions platform to all asset classes Q1 2026. In Denmark, we have opened our National Numbering Agency platform to client testing from February 2026 and gone live with our new Shareholder Register and General Meeting platform - now also live in Norway.

We are now preparing for the next wave: the full roll-out of our Corporate Actions platform in Denmark and Italy. For clients operating in both markets, this will mean a single instruction format for corporate events across borders and improved, harmonized straight-through processing. The principle behind all of this is simple: what we build in one market should benefit every market.

In Greece, we have launched the integration of Euronext Securities Athens into the group and communicated to the local market and to the ECB our plan to migrate to T2S and our new Convergence platform by 2029. This matters beyond Euronext - it is a meaningful step forward for the attractiveness and ease of access of the Greek capital market.

Our European offering is becoming real

The most significant milestone of this period is one we have been working towards for years: the new settlement model for Belgium, France and the Netherlands, on track for go-live in September 2026. We are now in the testing phase. Major institutions including BNP Paribas, Citi and Caceis are actively working with us to enable their clients to opt for Euronext Securities. This is not a product launch. It is a structural shift in how European securities are held and settled - one that reduces operational layers, lowers costs, and opens new possibilities for your cross-border business. And it is just the beginning.

The migration of existing listed issuers to Euronext Securities has also started. That is a clear signal of confidence - from issuers who had a choice, and chose us.

New services for a fast-changing environment

We are investing beyond the core infrastructure. Our partnership with HC Andersen Capital brings digital investor relations, ESG advisory, legal advisory, corporate finance, and shareholder identification tools directly into our offering. This integration supports Danish issuers with governance, compliance, and investor communication in a coordinated framework, simplifying key capital market activities such as general meetings, market disclosures, and investor dialogue. Our collaboration with Admincontrol adds secure board portal and governance management capabilities for boards and executive teams, including document sharing, e-signatures, meeting management, and secure communication. More services are in the pipeline, shaped by ongoing client dialogue and built on new technologies to meet the evolving needs of tomorrow.

A genuine thank you

P

None of this would be possible without you. Many of you are directly involved in these projects - as testers, integration partners, reviewers, and honest voices when something needs to improve. Your commitment, your patience, and your ambition for what European post-trade can become: these are what actually drive this work forward.

I mean this simply: thank you. I look forward to what we will build next - together.

Bringing together the fixed income value chain: trading, clearing and settlement

European fixed income markets are operating in a more demanding macro-financial environment. Higher interest rates, increased sovereign issuance and evolving regulatory requirements are influencing how government and corporate bond markets function across the continent.

While discussions around liquidity conditions remain central, attention is increasingly turning to the market infrastructure that supports trading, financing, risk management and settlement. The structure of the fixed income transaction lifecycle, from execution to post-trade, plays a significant role in shaping efficiency and resilience.

Strengthening fixed income markets with data insights

Efficient fixed income markets rely on transparency, accurate valuation, and liquidity. For issuers, asset managers, and CSD participants, having reliable data on repo activity, bond fair pricing, and liquidity is essential for managing risk, optimising funding, and maintaining confidence in the market.

To support market participants more effectively, Euronext Securities has recently developed three new data service offerings designed specifically for data vendors, issuers, asset managers, and CSD participants. These services provide actionable insights that help participants make informed decisions, manage risk, and enhance operational efficiency across the bond market.
