Reference is made to the consultation on changes to the Membership and Trading rules regarding clearing of subscription rights on Oslo Børs, Euronext Expand and Euronext Growth Oslo as published on 1 February 2022. Any subscription right listed for trading on all Oslo Børs markets will become clearable by the pool of interoperable CCPs.
The changes in the Membership and Trading rules have been resolved by Oslo Børs in accordance with the proposals presented in the consultation letter. The changes entered into force on 1 March 2022. The updated rule books are available on Euronext’s websites.
