Listing Fees

The decision to be listed should be carefully considered in light of the true cost of going public. In order to issue initial public shares and maintain a listing on our markets, a company is accountable for several types of fees.

Fees

The majority of companies eligible for listing on our markets are subject to the following three types of fees:

  • Admission fees – a one-time fee payable at the time of the initial listing.
  • Annual fees – payable annually by a company to remain listed on an exchange.
  • Subsequent admission fees – payable in the event a company chooses to raise additional capital once listed.

Admission and annual fees are based on a company’s total market capitalization, whereas subsequent admission fees are based on the amount of capital being raised.
