  • The company raised €5.5 million
  • Market capitalisation at IPO is €19.8 million

Milan – 21 September 2026 – Euronext today congratulates NABLA on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker code: NABLA).

NABLA was founded in Rome in 2013 as an independent Italian digital-native make-up brand positioned in the accessible premium (Entry Prestige) segment. Backed by a community of over one million followers, the brand combines product innovation, creativity, a distinctive brand identity and strong ethical values. NABLA’s products are conceived and developed entirely in-house, from the initial concept onwards, with a strong focus on research, ingredient selection and the development of high-performance formulas. The entire product range is vegan and cruelty-free.

NABLA represents Euronext’s 64th listing in 2026. In the context of the global offering, the company adopted the Equity Direct Distribution service to manage the retail tranche of the IPO.

The admission and issue price of NABLA shares was set at €3 per share. The company has raised a total of €5.5 million, including the potential exercise of the over-allotment option. Excluding the exercise of the over-allotment option, the amount raised is €4.8 million.

The free float at the time of admission is 24.2% and the market capitalisation at IPO is €19.8 million (€20.5 million assuming full exercise of the over-allotment option).

Cristiano De Simone, CEO of NABLA, said: “The listing on Euronext Growth Milan marks the beginning of a new chapter for NABLA, a milestone that reflects the strength of the journey we have built so far and positions us for an even more ambitious phase of growth. We will continue to invest in research and development to deliver innovative products and expand into new product categories, while remaining true to the creative identity and exceptional quality that have defined NABLA since its inception. The listing provides us with the resources and the right platform to accelerate our international expansion and growth, taking NABLA’s excellence to an increasingly global scale.”
