Milano – 21 settembre 2026 – Euronext dà oggi il benvenuto a NABLA su Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker code: NABLA).

NABLA nasce a Roma nel 2013 come brand italiano indipendente e digital-native, specializzato nel make-up e posizionato nel segmento premium accessibile (Entry Prestige). Sostenuto da una community di oltre un milione di follower, il brand combina innovazione di prodotto, creatività, una forte identità di marca e valori etici. I prodotti NABLA sono ideati e sviluppati internamente fin dalla fase di concezione, con una particolare attenzione alla ricerca, alla selezione degli ingredienti e allo sviluppo di formule ad elevate performance. L’intera gamma è vegan e cruelty-free. 

NABLA, che rappresenta la sessantaquattresima ammissione del 2026 su Euronext, si è avvalsa del servizio di distribuzione diretta delle azioni in IPO per la gestione dell’offerta retail.

Il prezzo di ammissione e di emissione delle azioni NABLA è stato fissato a €3 per azione. La società ha raccolto complessivamente € 5,5 milioni, includendo il potenziale esercizio dell’opzione di over-allotment. Escludendo l’esercizio dell’opzione di over-allotment, l’importo raccolto è pari a € 4,8 milioni.

Il flottante al momento dell’ammissione è del 24,2% e la capitalizzazione di mercato all’IPO è pari a € 19,8 milioni (€ 20,5 milioni assumendo l’integrale esercizio dell’opzione di over-allotment).
