  • Assist with weekly and monthly KPI reporting, providing actionable insights and performance analysis.
  • Support the preparation and design of presentations and research materials in PowerPoint.
  • Proofread and review English-language social media copy to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for content and campaign development.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry monitoring to identify best practices, trends, and opportunities.

Profile & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • Familiarity with social media management, analytics, and reporting tools such as Meta Business Suite, Meltwater, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of social media and community management best practices.
  • Curious, enthusiastic, and comfortable taking initiative while working independently.
  • A team player who enjoys building relationships and collaborating with colleagues across different functions.
  • Native-level English proficiency required.

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience managing social media for a global brand.
  • Exposure to communications, marketing, and brand strategy projects.
  • Practical experience with industry-leading social media and analytics tools.
  • Mentorship from experienced communications and marketing professionals.
  • The opportunity to develop skills in content strategy, reporting and community management.
