The IT Infra & Cloud contract Apprentice is responsible for several of below activities :


- Make sure the recuring governance with vendors and suppliers are defined

Role Summary

The Director of Client Growth & Expansion will collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officers and local sales managers to drive revenue growth across Governance, Compliance, and Investor Relations business lines. They will align cross-selling strategies with overall business objectives, track performance metrics, and allocate resources with the CRO. The director will also support local sales managers by providing tools, training, and insights to identify cross-selling opportunities, ensuring seamless integration and coordination. The team

Client Operations is a multilingual team, based in various locations throughout Europe, which delivers full operational support and training on the complete Euronext Corporate Services suite of products and services. The team operates the multi-level Service Desk support, specific product based client operations, as well as client onboarding and continuous training for all clients.

Role Summary

Work with clients to ensure all client queries, issues and requests are successfully managed and resolved. The Senior Client Operations Manager ensures that an excellent customer service is provided to all clients, partners and that all client’s escalations are managed on a timely basis. The Internal Communications Apprentice will provide support to a wide range of internal communications actions, internal campaigns and events. They will contribute to the development and implementation of employee communication content and channels.

Internal digital channels and collaborative tools

  • Actively monitor and contribute to the company intranet, including liaising with content contributors, providing training, editing, quality control and generating monthly analytics

  • Support content contributors and intranet administrators from across the organisation

  • Support the promotion of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools (promote and educate staff on the use of the company intranet (SharePoint), Teams, Yammer, etc.)

  • Actively monitor and contribute to Yammer (company social network), mobilise contributors from other departments and help new users

Editorial and Corporate Communications 

  • Responsible for identifying, writing/editing and publishing articles and other content

  • Responsible for writing and sending employee communications, as well as editing/proofreading documents in English

  • Edit and create assets, including videos, for internal initiatives (surveys, anniversaries, seminars)

  • Assist with internal events and campaigns linked to company’s strategic plan

  • Handle relationship with graphics agency for internal deliverables

Profile

  • Prior experience in communication at an agency, company or external publication is a plus

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Rigorous, dynamic, curious and quick to react

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Independent and able to take initiative

  • Familiarity with intranets and enterprise social networks is a plus

  • Good knowledge of SharePoint

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

Bac +4/5 or gap year (Communication, Journalism, Business)

The apprentice must be bilingual/fluent in English, with native-level English writing skills (a writing test is part of the recruitment process); good knowledge of French preferred.
