We hereby inform that, on 28th September, 2026, 7.500.000,00 EUR of bonds of company OCM - ECP XXXII - IMOBILIÁRIA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA were registered regarding the loan "OCM-ECP XXXII/2026 - 2ND PROGRAMME AGREEMENT - UP TO EUR 18.900.000 - BONDS DUE 2027", under the code OXPDOM (ISIN PTOXPDOM0003). These bonds are fungible with 2.250.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 9.750.000,00 EUR).
