We hereby inform that, on 27th July, 2026, 15.000.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company TRASTERS PORTUGAL IV, UNIPESSOAL, LDA were registered regarding the loan "TRASTERS PORTUGAL IV/2026 - UP TO EUR 38,700,000 FLOATING RATE BONDS - 2031", under the code TIUAOM (ISIN PTTIUAOM0003). These bonds are fungible with 10.034.810,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 25.034.810,00 EUR).
