We hereby inform that, on 17th June, 2026, 16.200.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company GREENVOLT - ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GREENVOLT - ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS - GV 3M SEP 2026 - CP (BANKINTER)", under the code G59OJM (ISIN PTG59OJM0039).
This issue will be cancelled on 21th September, 2026.
