We hereby inform that, on 12th May, 2026, 700.000,00 EUR of bonds of company IMOBRIDGE - SOCIEDADE IMOBILIÁRIA, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "IMOBRIDGE-SOC.IMOB/2025- up to EUR 31.000.000 Variable R., Direct, Uncond., Subord., Unsec. Intragroup BONDS-2028", under the code ISIAOM (ISIN PTISIAOM0000). These bonds are fungible with 26.500.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 27.200.000,00 EUR).
