We hereby inform that, on 31th December, 2025, 2.500.000,00 EUR of bonds of company RIGEL, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "RIGEL/2024 - up to EUR 14.000.000 FIXED RATE CAPEX FACILITY C NOTES DUE 2029", under the code RIGBOM (ISIN PTRIGBOM0002). These bonds are fungible with 11.500.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 14.000.000,00 EUR).
