We hereby inform that, on 29th December, 2025, 152.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of FUNDO FECHADO DE INVESTIMENTO IMOBILIARIO SERTORIUS were registered regarding the loan "FUNDO FECHADO INVEST.IMOB.SERTORIUS/2024-FIXED INTEREST RATE,DIRECT,UNCOND.,UNSUB.SECURED NOTES-2026", under the code FSUAOM (ISIN PTFSUAOM0007). These bonds are fungible with 24.048.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 24.200.000,00 EUR).
