We hereby inform that, on 12th December, 2025, 18.400.000,00 EUR of bonds of company ARES LUSITANI - STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ARES LUSITANI/2025 - PROJECT TAGUS II SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2045", under the code LSNZOM (ISIN PTLSNZOM0017). These bonds are fungible with 37.900.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 56.300.000,00 EUR).
