As a result of the partial cross-border demerger by separation decided by ABANCA CORPORACION BANCARIA, S.A. in favour of BANCO BIC PORTUGUÊS, S.A., we hereby inform that, on 24th of November of 2025, the corporate name of BANCO BIC PORTUGUÊS, S.A. was changed to "ABANCA PORTUGAL, S.A.", and the participant "ABANCA CORPORACION BANCARIA, S.A. - SUCURSAL EM PORTUGAL", was cancelled. The participant "ABANCA PORTUGAL, S.A." will assume the FI number 570.
