We hereby inform that, on 31th October, 2025, 1.416.162,00 EUR of registered bonds of company SOLAR INTERNATIONAL, LDA were registered regarding the loan "SOLAR INTERNATIONAL/2024-up to EUR 100.000.000 INTRAGRUPO- FIXED RATE SUBORD.UNSECURED BONDS-30 JUN.2036", under the code NATCOM (ISIN PTNATCOM0008). These bonds are fungible with 52.530.401,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 53.946.563,00 EUR).
