We hereby inform that, on 31th October, 2025, 3.344.262,00 EUR of registered bonds of company BLOWING GLOW, UNIPESSOAL, LDA were registered regarding the loan "BLOWING GLOW/2024-up to EUR 50.000.000 INTRAGRUPO- FIXED RATE SUBORD.UNSECURED BONDS-30 JUN.2036June 2036", under the code BWNAOM (ISIN PTBWNAOM0004). These bonds are fungible with 25.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 28.344.262,00 EUR).
