We hereby inform that, on 29th July, 2025, 8.629.510,00 EUR of registered bonds of company OLIVOIL - INVESTMENTS, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "OLIVOIL-INVESTMENTS/2024 - BONDS DUE 29 DEC. 2027", under the code OLLAOM (ISIN PTOLLAOM0004). These bonds are fungible with 53.440.580,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 62.070.090,00 EUR).
