We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2025, 2.645.927,00 EUR of bonds of company SOLAR INTERNATIONAL, LDA were registered regarding the loan "SOLAR INTERNATIONAL/2024-up to EUR 100.000.000 INTRAGRUPO- FIXED RATE SUBORD.UNSECURED BONDS-30 JUN.2036", under the code NATCOM (ISIN PTNATCOM0008). These bonds are fungible with 49.884.474,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 52.530.401,00 EUR).
